Abstract
According to the invention, the electro-hydraulic jack is used to lift auto vehicles for inspection and repairing operations.The jack consists of a working cylinder in which slides a piston that has a screw which determines the initial lifting height, a hydraulic fluid tank coaxial with the working cylinder, a gear wheel pump for the transfer of the fluid under pressure from the tank into the working cylinder. The pump is operated by a direct-current engine whose shaft activates the driving pinion of the pump. The pomp-engine assembly is built in one piece with the working cylinder.
