Abstract
Reactivii, conform inventiei, sunt constituiti din 1 volum suspensie de stafilococ 10% obtinuta pe mediu bulion-cord si cu un continut de 0,5 % formaldehida si fie 0,1 volum ser aglutinat monovalent corespunzator fiecarui derotip I-XXII din schema Meitert-Meitert pentru obtinerea reactivului monovalent, fie cu 0,1 volum ser polivalent care este obtinut din amestecul de seruri monovalente I, II, IV, VI, XVI sau III, V, VIII, XIII sau VII, XI, XIV, XV sau IX, X, XII, XVII sau XVIII, XIX, XX, XXI, XXII precum si un colorant ales dintre Cl 9633923, Cl 22120, Cl 16230 sau Cl 42095. Procedeul de obtinere a reactivilor consta în aceea ca suspensia de stafilococ obtinuta în fermentator, tratata imediat cu formol si apoi spalata si justata cu TFS la concentratia de 10% (g/v) se pune în contact cu serul monovalent sau polivalent la 22 degree C timp de 2 h, cu agitare intermitenta si apoi se coloreaza la temperatura camerei cu solutie 1,5% din colorantul ales adaugat în cantitate de 1 : 0,00015, dupa care se mentine 24 h la 4 degree C.
