Preparatul vaginal, conform inventiei, este constituit din 625000 UI Estradiol, 150000 UI vitamina A, 125000 UI vitamina E, 10 parti tinctura de galbenele, 30 parti glicerina, 10 parti hidrolizat de colagen cu greutate moleculara 20000, 80 parti solutie conservanta nipagin : nipasol, 10 parti lactat de magneziu, 190 parti glicerina, 10 parti lecitina din soia, cu sau fara 5 parti pantotenat de calciu, partile fiind exprimate în greutate.
