Abstract

Inventia de fata se refera la un soi de vita-de-vie (Vitis vinifera ssp. sativa alfa) omologat sub denumirea Negru aromat, obtinut prin hibridare sexuata - fecundare libera a soiului Cabernet Souvignon, destinat a fi cultivat pentru vinificare în zone viticole cu conditii pedoclimatice asemamatoare centrului viticol Valea Calugareasca. Soiul Negru aromat are coarda de culaore maron-deschis, frunza pentalobata cu sinusul petiolar închis, sinusurile laterale superioare mijlocii ca marime, uneori cu un pinten în buzunarul sinusului, iar cele inferioare, mici si mijlocii, cu dintii întorsi în jos, dintele din vârf fiind alungit si drept, floare hermafrodita normala, butucul are vigoare mijlocie, cresterea anuala a lastarilor fiind de 190 cm. Lastarul în luna iulie este de culoare verde-vinetiu, usor striat, glabru. Strugurele este uniaxial, conic, cu boabe sferice având pielita neagra albastruie cu pruina densa si pulpa zemoasa, discret aromata. Soiul prezinta rezistenta mai buna la Oidium si putragaiul cenusiu, comparativ cu soiul martor Busuioaca de Bohotin, asigura o productie de 16 t/ha, acumuleaza în medie 220,4 g/l zaharuri si 4,8 g/l aciditate, iar vinul obtinut este aromat (tamâios) si cu o intensitate coloranta mai mare decât a soiurilor martor.
