    Irocesso para a preparação de uma composição farmacêutica contendo um polipeptídeo com propriedades de biodis-ponibilidade oral melhoradas, caraeterizado pelo facto de ae misturar a) um monossacarideo e/ou um açúcar-álcool e/ou b) um polioxitileno-álcool de preferência numa quantidade de mo-noseacarídeo ou de açúcar-álcool compreendida entre 50 a ICO mg por unidade de dosagem e de polioxltileno-dter compreendida entre 5 e 200 mg de unidade de dosagem quando estão sozinhos ou entre cerca de 10 e 500 mg do componente a) (no caso de a composição ser sdlida) ou 10 mg a 10 g por 20 ml (no caso de a composição ser líquida) e cerca de 5 a 200 mg de componente b) (no caso de a composição ser sdlida) ou 5 a 500 mg de polialquileno-éter por 20 ml (no caso de a composição ser líquida se os dois componentes a) e b) estiveram presentes, oom 2 a 10 mg de polipeptídeo e se conferir à mistura uma forna apropriada para administração gastrointestinal.
