Abstract

A receiver for digital signals uses frequency modulation. It can be used when signal propagation is subjected to reflective effects such as are common with mobile reception, long distance communication and radioelectrical communication by dispersion. The receiver can detect automatically information loses giving phase and amplitude distortion. It has a frequency discriminator in series with and before a parasitic signal peak detector. It also has a circuit which compares these parasitic peaks. An amplitude demodulator is connected in parallel wih the discriminator. The discriminator and the demodulator are connected to a switching unit which can selected either and connect one of them to an output terminal.
