O PRESENTE INVENTO REFERE-SE A UMA PLATAFORMA PARA SUPORTE DE ATIVIDADES MARINHAS COMPREENDIDO POR UM CONJUNTO DE COLUNAS DE ÁGUA OSCILANTES (100), PELO MENOS UM SISTEMA DE EXTRAÇÃO DE ENERGIA (104), SUPERFÍCIES PARA SUPORTE DE ATIVIDADES OFFSHORE (203) E ELEMENTOS DE LIGAÇÃO (201), PODENDO SER FIXA OU FLUTUANTE E TER FORMA E DIMENSÕES CONSOANTE O NÚMERO, DIMENSÕES E DISTRIBUIÇÃO DAS COLUNAS DE ÁGUA OSCILANTES (100).
