O PRESENTE DISPOSITIVO COMPREENDE OS SEGUINTES ELEMENTOS: UMA HASTE E UMA PEÇA DESCARTÁVEL (2) LOCALIZADA NUMA DAS EXTREMIDADES DO REFERIDO DISPOSITIVO. A REFERIDA PEÇA DESTACÁVEL (2) É DENOMINADA TAMPA-MEMBRANA E É POR SUA VEZ ACOPLADA, POR EXEMPLO, A UM MICROTUBO (2A). A TAMPAMEMBRANA DO DISPOSITIVO PORTÁTIL PARA DETEÇÃO DE UM ADN/PINCEL INDICADOR COMPREENDE, POR SUA VEZ, TRÊS ELEMENTOS DISTINTOS, UMA ZONA DE CLIPAGEM DA TAMPA AO MICROTUBO (2B), UMA ZONA DE ABSORÇÃO DA SOLUÇÃO DE REAÇÃO E AMOSTRA DE ADN (2C) E UMA ZONA DE CLIPAGEM AO CORPO DO PINCEL (2D). O DISPOSITIVO COMPREENDE AINDA UM INDICADOR DE REAÇÃO (3). A PRESENTE DIVULGAÇÃO TAMBÉM DIZ RESPEITO A UM MÉTODO PARA DETEÇÃO ESPECÍFICA DE ETIQUETAS MOLECULARES CONTENDO MOLÉCULAS DE ÁCIDO DESOXIRRIBONUCLEICO UTILIZADAS NA MARCAÇÃO, RASTREABILIDADE E AUTENTICIDADE DE DIVERSOS MATERIAIS, EM PARTICULAR MATERIAIS BIOLÓGICOS, NÃO BIOLÓGICOS E MEIOS LÍQUIDOS.The present disclosure relates to a portable device (1) for the detection of a deoxyribonucleic acid of a sample. THIS DEVICE COMPRISES THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS: A SHOULDER AND A DISPOSABLE PART (2) LOCATED IN ONE OF THE EXTREMITIES OF THE REFERENCE DEVICE. The above-mentioned insert (2) is called a membrane sleeve and is in turn coupled, for example, to a micro-hub (2A). The capac- ity of the DNA / pincer detection device comprises, in turn, three different elements, a zone of clipping from the jacket to the micro-tube (2B), an area of reaction solution sol- ution and DNA sample (2C) AND A CLIPPING AREA TO THE BRUSH BODY (2D). THE DEVICE INCLUDES A REACTION INDICATOR (3). The present disclosure also relates to a method for the specific detection of molecule labels containing deoxyribonucleic acid molecules used in the marking, traceability and authenticity of various materials, in particular biological, non-biological and liquid media.

Dominio técnico [0001] A presente divulgação refere-se a um dispositivo portátil e a um método para deteção especifica de etiquetas moleculares contendo moléculas de ácido desoxirribonucleico (ADN) utilizadas na marcação, rastreabilidade e autenticidade de diversos materiais, em particular materiais biológicos, não biológicos e meios liquidos. A presente divulgação insere-se assim, no dominio das tecnologias para rastreabilidade e autenticação, com aplicação em qualquer tipo de atividade em que seja necessário a identificação de materiais marcados com ADN.Technical Field The present disclosure relates to a portable device and to a method for the specific detection of molecular tags containing deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) molecules used in the marking, traceability and authenticity of various materials, in particular biological materials, not biological and liquid media. Atualmente estão amplamente implementados vários sistemas de autenticação de produtos e certificação de sua origem. Os mais comuns recorrem à utilização de etiquetas adesivas com ou sem códigos de barras e etiquetas eletrónicas com identificação por radio-frequência (RFID). No entanto as várias técnicas de contrafação têm experimentado uma rápida evolução tornando desta forma vulneráveis os métodos tradicionais de autenticação. Em 15.
