ESTE REATOR PODE SER INCORPORADO NUM SISTEMA DE OUTROS REATORES, OU SER UTILIZADO INDEPENDENTEMENTE, CONSOANTE A APLICAÇÃO. O REATOR DE OZONIZAÇÃO FOTOCATALÍTICA APRESENTA SEIS CONFIGURAÇÕES DISTINTAS DE FUNCIONAMENTO, PREFERENCIALMENTE EM MODO CONTÍNUO, INCLUINDO PELO MENOS UM CATALISADOR SUPORTADO E UM DÍODO SEMICONDUTOR SOBRE O QUAL É APLICADA UMA CORRENTE ELÉTRICA INICIANDO UM PROCESSO DE ELECTROLUMINESCÊNCIA, EVENTUALMENTE DESIGNADO POR DÍODO EMISSOR DE LUZ E DAQUI EM DIANTE IDENTIFICADO POR LED. A ÁGUA (OU ÁGUA RESIDUAL) A TRATAR PODE SER DIRECIONADA PARA O REATOR DE OZONIZAÇÃO FOTOCATALÍTICA POR MEIO DE VÁLVULAS CONTROLADAS ATRAVÉS DE UM QUADRO DE CONTROLO GERAL.THE PRESENT REALIZATION CONSISTS OF A CATALYTIC OXIDATION REACTOR, IN PARTICULAR, IN A PHOTOCATALYTIC OZONIZATION REACTOR, INVOLVING THE OZONIZATION AND PHOTOCATALYZATION PROCESS IN AN INTEGRATED OR COUPLED FORM.
