PREVIOUS TECHNICAL STATUS

Several capsules are known on the market for bottles that contain vinegars.

In general, in order to start consumption, it is necessary to cut with a knife, scissors or similar instrument, a protuberance that the mouths of these known capsules have.

The inconvenience of this solution is evident, as a result of the fact that the user can only start consumption with the help of a cutting instrument.

There is also a risk that the user may be injured in this operation.

-2In addition, the cut with a knife or similar instrument is, as a rule, irregular, thus conditioning the leakage of vinegar since the shape of the outlet mouth does not result from a manufacturing operation, but rather from a random cut made by the user.

Therefore, there is no regular finish of the mouth and, in this circumstance, the vinegar can only be poured in an irregular way, not guaranteeing a well directed jet.

Thus, the invented capsule is not only equipped with a device that ensures the non-violation of the contents, a device that must be removed for the start of use, but also has a mouth well dimensioned for the flow of liquids such as vinegar.

Also known are patents relating to capsules, such as GB2490687, capsules that, however, were developed to solve technical problems different from those that the capsule that is intended to protect solves.

With regard to GB2490687, it is clear that it does not solve the technical problems at stake.

Thus, for the capsule to be protected, a device has been developed comprising a strap, a cap with a toothed ring and a stop of this ring, elements that, working together, prevent the capsule from being opened, unless that the strap is violated.

Another objective of the invention was to provide the capsule with a safe and simple to use opening / closing device.

In addition, it was also intended to eliminate any bulge, since capsule growths condition the encapsulation operation, which, today, is an automated operation.

It is clear that the technical problem is different here and it will be seen, in the description that follows, that the solutions that were adopted in the invented capsule are not described in GB2490687.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As mentioned, the invention concerns a capsule for containers, having been specially developed for bottles of vinegar.

The invented capsule is a single piece, making it convenient, for a better understanding of its description, to reference the main parts that compose it numerically.

The capsules of containers for vinegar, oil or other sauces are, as a general rule, made of plastic with a greater or lesser degree of deformability, and, for reasons of economy, the thickness of said capsules has

Furthermore, the invented capsule is also characterized in that the stopper (23) incorporated in the cap has a top (24) provided with a bevel to facilitate sliding inside the spout (32), also having this top with a rim (25) that fits inside the spout (32) which has a combined shape.

Opening the lid (2), after the strap (4) is pulled out, thus breaking the connection point (s) (7), also constitutes an operation without difficulty, since the lid flap (22), which also characterizes the capsule (1), and the very tooth (21) that the ring (27) of the same cap (3) incorporates, protrusions - which do not exceed the outer contour of the body (3) - that work as if they were handles for the fingers.

In addition, the capsule is also characterized in that the ring (27) of the lid (2), at the end that comes into contact with the body (3), has a groove (26) that fits into a groove (35) that the body (3) is endowed.

This groove (35) is used to receive and anchor said groove (26), preventing that, with the force exerted on the cover during the encapsulation operation, the ring (27) damages the strap (4) and climbs the body (3).

The strap (4) is connected to the body (3) of the capsule by means of connection points (7).

To detach the strap from the body it is not necessary to use any tool; just pull it out and pull it out with the fingers of one hand.

The invented capsule can be applied to containers for storing olive oil or alcoholic beverages, also serving to store sauces such as ketchup and mayonnaise.
