But in all these patents the security system is always a closed system, although the mechanism is distinct in all patents, none of them solves the technical problem in question.
Technical problem
This invention arose with the need to find a system operability solution, since in a safety system always closed the safety tab has to be handled manually.
The main technical problem which this invention is intended to address, arises when in some cases the cargo (namely containers) has a height of about two meters as well as a width of about one and a half meters.

In addition, after the container has been leaked, all the reverse work must be done, which sometimes puts the employee at risk of falling when he releases the hook.
The present invention alters the need to operate two elements in the leakage of containers and increases the safety level when performing this type of service, also making it much faster.
Advantages of the invention
The present invention is a solution for lifting and lowering a load, in double safety, that is, physical (cargo) and human safety.
As for the human sense, the present invention allows the handling of hook placement at the point of lifting of the load, be it a handle or a ring, without the assistance of any individual. Thus, there is no need to be physically present at the place where the load will be lifted and relocated.
In a situation where lifting of the load is required for a truck, for example in a garbage collection situation, the developed safety system applied to a loading hook means that after hooking at the lifting point (handle or ring) can only be maneuvered by the truck driver, without the assistance of any other employee outside.
This waiver of the employee arises because the safety hook of the hook has been reversed, I mean, it works from always closed to always open.
This mechanism by avoiding third party handling near the loading point reduces the risk of accidents.
As for safety in the physical sense this means that after the hook is hooked at the load lifting point, the load lifting process (eg a container) begins, with the load hook coming into tension due to the weight , will close the safety tab by itself. This allows the load to be safely lifted as the system has gone from always open to always closed. In this way the cargo can be discharged without the danger of the cargo falling (eg a container).
In a situation where lifting of the load is required for a truck, for example, in a garbage collection situation, the entire process is carried out by the driver only.
However, the great novelty of this invention is that the security system, applied to a load hook, presents a solution contrary to the existing one, since the safety tab is always open system, contrary to the existing system always closed, optimizing working time and widening the area of human safety.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The loading hook security system in question is preferably used as follows: at the beginning of use of the invention, ie, without loading, the opening and closing spring of the tab (2) decompresses against the housing chamber base and decompression spring support plate (3), causing the eye and movable shaft assemblies of the spring housing (5) as well as the eye and movable shaft assembly of the locking tab of the hinge mouth (7) of the hinge hinge decompress and thus open the safety catch.
