Abstract

ESTA INVENÇÃO CONSISTE NUM PROCESSO DE CONGELAÇÃO CONTROLADO E NUM APARELHO QUE VISA ATENUAR O EFEITO DE CRIOCONCENTRAÇÃO DOS SOLUTOS, QUE OCORRE DURANTE A CONGELAÇÃO DE SOLUÇÕES AQUOSAS, ATRAVÉS DE UM MÉTODO DE CONGELAÇÃO QUE PERMITE CONTROLAR A VELOCIDADE E DIRECÇÃO DA INTERFACE ENTRE AS FASES SÓLIDA E LÍQUIDA DE FORMA A INCORPORAR UNIFORMEMENTE OS SOLUTOS NA MATRIZ DE GELO.
