There is a wide variety of baskets that are used for storing and transporting products, especially on large supermarkets such as supermarkets and hypermarkets. Baskets with and without wheels are known, with foldable and / or telescopic handles most of them of plastic material. All the prior art baskets, namely the subject-matter of the above-mentioned applications, however present certain disadvantages. Among them: - They are baskets with wheels that are destined only to be used in perfectly flat surfaces like the floors of the hyper and supermarkets; - They are not designed to overcome slopes with stairs or escalators or other obstacles; - The handle to drag / push the basket with wheels does not allow to vary its height of operation according to the anatomical characteristics of the user.

These disadvantages are solved by the basket object of the invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a basket whose fundamental features are recited in claim 1. Further features are further mentioned in the dependent claims.

More particularly, the basket object of the invention has been designed to solve the problems and / or drawbacks of the prior art, namely the use on any surface, easy use on stepped surfaces, the use of a handle at a variable height chosen by the user.

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a basket which can be used on any type of surface, overcomes unevenness, for example in steps and consequently can be used for any personal use. For this purpose, said car has been provided with means of movement, wheels, of a larger size than those normally used which allow rolling on any surface and which allow to overcome unevenness such as the steps that are frequently encountered in the normal use of these baskets. However, the fact that the wheels have larger diameters should not prevent the stacking of the baskets, which has led to the design of a stacking system different from those used in the prior art.

Another object of the invention is to provide a handle which can be used at various heights, i.e. at a height which can be chosen by the user.

Detailed Description of the Invention

As can be seen in the figures, the basket object of the invention comprises a body (3), preferably of plastic material, which includes a bottom and four walls, all of which are provided with apertures, means of movement enabling it to be displaced, means (4) for securing stability when immobilized, said basket (1) being provided with a handle (5) with a handle, adjustable in height along the rear wall, which handle can be moved in rails formed in the rear wall (7) of the basket (1), and which is stackable. The fact that the wheels (2) have a diameter of at least 50 mm will allow them to be used on surfaces other than supermarkets and usually on sale surfaces in which the floor is completely flat. Preferably, said magnet 12 is placed in an open recess at the top of the back wall 7 and the metal pawl 13 is placed longitudinally in the middle of the handle 5. Said body 3 is provided with an upper flap 10 which, in the region of the side walls 9, defines arcuate cutouts 11 to be gripped to facilitate the user to lift / lower the basket 1 ). This is another feature that facilitates use for individual use in circumstances different from those normally found on large retail surfaces.

As can be seen in the figures, the side walls 9 gradually increase in height until they reach the height of the rear wall 7. The front wall 6 may be provided with two vertical rails 14 to house advertising elements.
