Abstract
The structure includes an end ring (2) to which several rotor bars (1) are connected by brazing. A set of grooves (8) are formed in the end ring for fixing the rotor bars. Multiple projections are formed in the end face of rotor bars, which contacts the grooved surface of end ring, so that linear contact is established between rotor bar and the end ring.
