O presente invento tem por objecto uns aperfeiçoamentos especiais introduzidos na construção de estruturas de nichos funerários, mais especificamente, de nichos funerários do tipo daqueles que são constituídos por elementos modulares pré-fabricados que se justapõem e/ou sobrepõem e fixam entre si de maneira a formar uma estrutura substancialmente monolítica, de altura e comprimento indefinidos - e, por conseguinte, dotada de um número também indefinido de nichos -, dotada de insuperáveis características de estabilidade e rigidez, e capaz de resistir a forças exteriores sem sofrer estragos.The present invention has as object special improvements introduced in the construction of funerary niches structures, more specifically, funerary niches of the type of those that are constituted by prefabricated modular elements that overlap and / or overlap and fix each other so as to to form a substantially monolithic structure, of indefinite height and length - and, therefore, endowed with an also indefinite number of niches -, endowed with insurmountable characteristics of stability and rigidity, and capable of resisting external forces without suffering damage.

Por esse motivo, tem sido e é ainda objecto de particular atenção a construção de sepulturas sobre o nível do solo, em estruturas de concepção semelhante à dos blocos de apartamentos, cuja utilização permite um considerável aproveitamento do terreno e, por conseguinte, um emprego mais racional e eficiente do mesmo.In recent times, there has been a special emphasis on the need to achieve a more efficient use of land, especially in cemeteries, in areas where demographic growth has registered important values. Para a construção de tais estruturas de nichos de vários pisos foram tidos em consideração distintos sistemas. Alguns deles baseiam-se na mesma técnica de vazamento in situ que tem vindo a ser empregue na construção de blocos de apartamentos e que consiste essencialmente em vazar o betão no local da obra, piso por piso, até se completar toda a estrutura ou bloco.
