Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciasteczko, pokryte jednostronnie polewa, zwlaszcza ciasteczko biszkoptowe. List of industrial design varieties: 1 - a cookie in the shape of a flattened ring, the upper surface of which is unevenly covered with a layer of dark chocolate-colored icing and decorated with irregular protrusions, and the remaining surface of the cookie is light beige, while under the cookie icing layer there is an evenly distributed flat layer of colored jelly - as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a; 2 - a cookie in the shape of a flattened ring, the upper surface of which is unevenly covered with a layer of dark chocolate-colored icing and decorated with irregular protrusions and additionally decorated with light streaks with an irregular line, and the lower surface of the cookie is light beige, while under the cookie icing layer there is an evenly distributed flat layer of colored jelly - as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a; 3 - a cookie in the shape of a flattened ring, the upper surface of which is unevenly covered with a light chocolate-colored icing and decorated with irregular protrusions, and the lower surface of the cookie is light beige, while under the cookie icing layer there is an evenly distributed flat layer of colored jelly - as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3 a;4 - a cookie in the shape of a flattened ring, the upper surface of which is unevenly covered with a light chocolate-colored icing and decorated with irregular protrusions and additionally decorated with dark streaks with an irregular line, and the lower surface of the cookie is light beige, while under the cookie icing layer there is an evenly distributed flat layer of colored jelly - as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4 a. The essential features of the cookie according to the industrial design are that the cookie has the shape of a flattened ring, the the upper surface is covered unevenly with a layer of dark or light chocolate-colored icing and decorated with irregular protrusions, or the icing layer may be additionally decorated with dark or light streaks with irregular lines, and the lower surface of the cookie is light beige, while under the icing layer of the cookie there is an evenly distributed flat layer of colored jelly.
