Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób spiekania rud zelaza z udzialem pylu wielkopiecowego zmie¬ szanego z szlamem wapiennym, otrzymanym w wyniku kaustyfikacji roztworu sody w procesie saturacji fenolanów.Wedlug znanych dotychczas sposobów, w proce¬ sie spiekania mialkich rud zelaza stosuje sie jako topnik mielony kamien wapienny i dolomit surowy.Zadaniem wprowadzonego mielonego topnika jest otrzymanie samotopliwej skaly plonnej w spieku.Proces spiekania wymaga nawilzenia i wymiesza¬ nia wprowadzonych do mieszanki materialów wsa¬ dowych. Do nawilzania materialów wsadowych sto¬ suje sie wode, która stwarza trudnosci w wiazaniu sie pylastych komponentów.Szlam wapienny, powstajacy w procesie kausty¬ fikacji roztworu weglanu sodu wodorotlenkiem wa¬ pnia, stanowi dotychczas odpad skladowany prze¬ waznie na haldach, uciazliwych dla srodowiska naturalnego. Jest on konsystencji mazistej, zawie¬ rajacej okolo 40% wody. Proponowany sposób przygotowywania mieszan¬ ki spiekowej usuwa przytoczone wyzej niedogod- nosci. Zawarte w szla¬ mie substancje organiczne'ulegaja w procesie spie¬ kania spaleniu.Sposób wedlug wynalazku polega ria zastosowa¬ niu w procesie spiekania rud zelaza z udzialem pylu wielkopiecowego, jako czynnika nawilzajacego i homogenizujacego pyl, szlamu wapiennego z pro¬ cesu kaustyfikacji sody. Szlam ten zawiera prze¬ cietnie 55—60% wagowych weglanu wapnia, 6% alkaliów, 2% substancji organicznych i 35—40% wody. Miesza sie go w proporcji 2—3 czesci wa¬ gowe pylu wielkopiecowego na 1 czesc wagowa szlamu. Otrzymana mieszanke dozuje sie na tasme spiekalnicza do mieszanki spiekowej w ilosci 6—7% wagowych na tone spieku. Szlam wapienny stosuje sie w formie homogenicznej papki, a jego propor¬ cje do suchego pylu wielkopiecowego dobiera sie tak, aby gotowy spiek zawieral nie wiecej niz 0,1% wagowych alkaliów.Przyklad: Suchy pyl wielkopiecowy o tempe¬ raturze 70—80°C w kanale wyladowczym nawilza sie papka (zawierajaca okolo 40% wody) szla- 992363 99236 4 mu wapiennego w ilosci 50 ton szlamu wapiennego na 120 ton pylu wielkopiecowego. Nawilzony i do¬ brze wymieszany szlamem wapiennym pyl wielko¬ piecowy przemieszcza sie na skladowisko dla jego koagulacji. Nastepnie wprowadza sie go na tasmie spiekalniczej do mieszanki spiekalniczej w ilosci 65 kg/tone spieku. Procesem dozowania kieruje sie tak, aby spiek zawieral nie wiecej niz 0,l°/o al¬ kaliów. PLThe subject of the invention is a method of sintering iron ores with the participation of blast furnace dust mixed with limestone sludge, obtained as a result of caustification of soda solution in the process of phenolate saturation. According to the methods known so far, in the sintering process of fine iron ores, ground limestone flux is used as Raw dolomite. The purpose of the introduced ground flux is to obtain a self-fusing scale in the sinter. The sintering process requires moistening and mixing of the batch materials introduced into the mixture. Water is used to moisturize the feedstock, which causes difficulties in the binding of the dusty components. The lime sludge, formed in the process of causticizing sodium carbonate solution with lime hydroxide, has so far been a waste deposited mainly in halds, harmful to the environment. . It is greasy, with a water content of about 40%. There are known methods of its drying or firing in rotary kilns, but their disadvantage is the high energy consumption of the processes used. The aim of the invention is to use waste lime sludge for moisturizing and homogenizing the blast furnace dust used in the iron ore sintering process. The proposed method of preparing the sinter mixture. removes the above-mentioned inconveniences. The unexpected effect is not only the possibility of using crude limestone sludge in the iron ore sintering process, but also the improvement of the mixing and binding of the dusty materials due to the alkali contained in the sludge. The dry blast furnace dust mixed with limestone sludge is homogenized. and proper binding, which allows for its even dosing to the sinter belt. The organic substances contained in the sludge are combusted in the sintering process. The method according to the invention consists in the use of iron in the ore sintering process with the participation of blast furnace dust as a moisturizing and homogenizing agent for the dust, limestone sludge from the soda caustification process. This slurry contains, on average, 55-60% by weight of calcium carbonate, 6% alkali, 2% organic matter and 35-40% water. It is mixed in a proportion of 2-3 parts by weight of blast furnace dust to 1 part by weight of sludge. The mixture obtained is dosed onto the sinter belt in the amount of 6 to 7% by weight per ton of sinter. The lime sludge is used in the form of a homogeneous slurry, and its proportions to the dry blast furnace dust are selected so that the finished sinter contains no more than 0.1% by weight of alkali. Example: Dry blast furnace dust with a temperature of 70-80 ° C in the discharge channel the slurry (containing about 40% of water) of sludge - 992363 99236 4 mu of limestone in the amount of 50 tons of limestone sludge per 120 tons of blast furnace dust is moistened. The blast furnace dust, moistened and well mixed with the limestone sludge, is moved to the storage site to coagulate it. Then it is introduced on the sintering belt to the sintering mixture in the amount of 65 kg / ton of sinter. The dosing process is carried out so that the sinter contains no more than 0.1% of an alkali. PL
