Description
W celu równomiernego rozprowadzenia granulatu polisty¬ renowego w polimerze podstawowym stosuje sie polistyren o wysokim wskazniku plyniecia, w gra¬ nicach 8—10 G/10 minut, który posiada obnizone wskazniki wytrzymalosciowe. Czas homogenizacji mieszanki przekracza w dotychczasowej technologii 8 minut.Znany jest równiez z patentu RFN nr 1293 651 sposób wytwarzania mieszanki z kauczuków termo¬ plastycznych, w którym stosuje sie polistyren o wysokim ciezarze czasteczkowym do modyfikacji kauczuku butadienowo-styrenowego. Sposób ten do¬ tyczy jednak mieszanek zawierajacych napelniacze i oleje modyfikujace, przetwarzanych zwlaszcza technika konfekcjonowania i przeznaczonych na inne elementy obuwia niz wierzchniki obcasów. Sklad mieszanki.Kauczuk termoplastyczny Cariflex TR 1102—100 czesci wagowych Polistyren SO perelkowy o wskazniku plyniecia 2,6 G/10 minut — 105 czesci wagowych Kauczuk butadienowo-styrenowy Ker 1500 — 5 czesci wagowych Stabilizator AR — 2 czesci wagowe Skladniki mieszanki miesza sie w szybkoobroto¬ wym mieszalniku zamknietym w czasie 4 minut, przy temperaturze okolo 130°C. The so far known method of producing a mixture of thermoplastic rubbers consists in modifying the base polymer - butadiene-styrene block copolymer with polystyrene in the form of granules and adding auxiliary agents such as: stabilizers and fillers. In order to evenly distribute the polystyrene granules in the base polymer, polystyrene with a high flow index, in the range of 8-10 g / 10 minutes, is used, which has a reduced strength index. The time of homogenization of the mixture exceeds 8 minutes in the previous technology. The German patent No. 1293 651 also describes a method of producing a mixture of thermoplastic rubbers, which uses polystyrene with a high molecular weight for the modification of styrene-butadiene rubber. However, this process applies to mixtures containing fillers and modifying oils, processed, in particular, by the packaging technique and intended for other elements of footwear than heel tops. The method of producing a mixture from thermoplastic rubbers, especially for heel tops, according to the invention consists in the fact that the polymer under The articular, which is a block copolymer of butadiene and styrene with the addition of a stabilizer, is modified with polystyrene with a low flow index, with the addition of polystyrene in the form of pearl and 2-10 parts by weight of butadiene-styrene rubber of emulsion polymerization. with a content of 23.5 + 1.5 bound styrene per 100 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene block copolymer. The components of the mixture are homogenized for 4-6 minutes at a temperature of 120-150 ° C. The mixture is then floated in a known manner on a heated rolling mill, and after belt calibrating, it is granulated. The mixture according to the invention is characterized by high abrasion resistance and low tendency to deformation. The invention is shown in the example of the execution. Composition of the mixture. Thermoplastic rubber Cariflex TR 1102 - 100 parts by weight SO bead polystyrene with a flow index 2.6 G / 10 minutes - 105 parts by weight Styrene butadiene rubber Ker 1500 - 5 parts by weight Stabilizer AR - 2 parts by weight The components of the mixture are mixed at high speed the mixer closed for 4 minutes at a temperature of about 130 ° C. The mixture is then discarded from the mixer and floated on a roller heated to 90 ° C. After calibrating into a 3 mm thick tape, the mixture is granulated. The granulate can then be molded by injection. Properties of the mixture. Hardness —92 ° ShA Schopper Abrasion - 0.1 cm3 Tensile Strength - 120 kg / cm2 Relative Elongation - 250% PL
