Fig. 1 przedstawia w przekroju podluz¬ nym, a fig. Sitkowym formom nadaja ruch cylindry f prasy hydraulicznej, do któ¬ rych wpadaja ssace przewody powietrz¬ ne h i przewody tloczne g. Przytem moze sie takze odbywac wysysanie nadmiaru wody. PL PL PLThe invention relates to a method by which large quantities of hollow objects are produced from paper pulp in a continuous workflow. Hollow objects with the desired wall thickness are thus obtained from a watery pulp in a known manner by repeatedly pressing layers of paper pulp from a suitable lower mold into a corresponding upper mold. The novelty lies in the fact that the repeated pressing of the paper layer, mounted on the lower mold in its corresponding upper mold, is carried out by connecting molds arranged radially or in some other compact order and lower molds filled with paper pulp. This process is repeated until the workpieces have the desired material thickness, and then, after the products of the completed work process have been ejected in a known manner and after any necessary servicing of the machine, the production process continues without interruption. Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section, and Fig. 2 a schematic view, of a device for producing, according to the invention, e.g., a conical object with a vacuum inside, with the known drive forcing water through a sieve mold against the upper mold and with the also known water suction to form a sediment layer in the sieve mold. A total of 6 sets of 3 sieve molds and 3 upper molds are in operation. In the annular tank a of the watery mass, there are sieve molds on hydraulically moved upward plates d, which work together with the upper molds. The upper molds k are positioned on a rotating disc b, which is rotatably mounted on a pole at the outside edge. The sieve moulds are moved by the cylinders f of the hydraulic press, into which the suction air pipes h and the pressure pipes g fall. At the same time, water is sucked out through the sieve moulds i in order to form layers of the mass on them. For the production of hollow objects with a specific wall thickness, sieve molds and associated molds of different diameters and widths are used, which change according to the progress of work, approximately always by the thickness of the layer of mass transferred to the previous upper mold. For this purpose, it is advantageous to provide the upper molds with replaceable inserts, which are appropriately fixed in these molds. These inserts are ejected manually or automatically from the upper mold, containing objects of the desired mass thickness, onto the ejection table. During the further movement of the rotating part of the device, the inserts are inserted into the emptied upper molds on the insertion table, after which the work continues. The ejection of the inserts from the upper mold can be achieved in a characteristic way, so that the inserts, mechanically locked in upper molds, is released before or on the ejection table by the impact of the push lever, and the inserts are automatically removed from the upper mold sets that reach above the ejection table. In such cases, the inserts can be held in the molds electromagnetically and released by demagnetization or remagnetization. The workpiece is finished by squeezing out excess water. This squeezing out excess water can be accomplished, according to the device shown here, using a device equipped for this purpose with a special squeezing table, without the need to remove the upper molds with the empty objects contained within them. On this pressing table, suitable pressing devices, such as flexible pressing molds, blown out with water, or mechanically adjustable pressing molds, can be inserted into the upper molds. Excess water can also be removed during this process. It must be noted that the time available for this water removal is relatively limited in a closed workflow. To achieve rapid dewatering of the mass layers, it is advisable to interrupt the pressure several times, partially or completely, during the extrusion process. This is to release the water particles trapped under the high pressure, so that the mass parts that have just been extruded dry are sucked out, causing the water particles to approach drainage channels or similar devices and finally be able to escape completely. Especially for thin-walled objects consisting only of a few layers of mass stacked on top of each other, the device can be equipped with special drying tables, placed outside the extrusion tables, which are connected to the mass transfer tables, so that the objects emerge from the closed workflow according to this procedure onto the discharge table ready for use. For this purpose, lower molds, heated e.g. by steam or electricity, are introduced into the upper molds on drying tables, after which the dried and finished empty objects are dropped from the upper molds onto the ejection table. In order to increase the efficiency of the device and to simplify and reduce the cost, it is possible to transfer the mass layers several times to the appropriate upper molds using the same sieve mold with an extensible base, relatively flexible in all directions, e.g. rubber, which reduces the necessary number of molds for each work cycle. In order to perform multiple application of mass layers from one and the same sieve mold without any problems, this means that the core with the surrounding extensible base (rubber bag) of the mass layer should be enlarged without breaking the sucked-in layer. layer of mass, this mass base is given a wavy shape and its diameter is such that when it is rolled or blown out, it takes on a smooth surface, the size of which corresponds to the previously wavy surface, thus preventing the mass layer from collapsing.
