Description

Kopaliny rud natomiast wzbogaca sie przewaznie metoda flotacji. Urzadzenie do wzbogacania kopalin wedlug wynalazku to zamkniety tunel aerodynamiczny z wykonanym w górnej czesci wlotem kopalin. W dolnej czesci tunelu w miejscach spadania ziarn kopalin o róznych ciezarach wlasciwych wykonane sa otwory, spod których odbiera sie produkty segregacji. 1.Urzadzenie dziala nastepujaco: Transporterem 1 doprowadza sie ziarna kopalin do wlotu 2 tunelu aerodynamicznego 3. Nswobodnie spadajace ziarna dmucha pozioma struga powietrza z wentylatora 4. Ziarna2 * 97 656 o malym ciezarze wlasciwym spadaja przez otwór 5 w dnie tunelu 3 do zbiornika 6, ziarna o duzym ciezarze wlasciwym spadaja przez otwór 7 do zbiornika 8, a ziarna o srednim ciezarze wlasciwym przez otwór 9 do zbiornika 10.Powietrze z pylem z tunelu 3 odciagiem 11 odprowadza sie do odpylania.Nad otworami w dnie tunelu znajduje sie elektromagnetyczny ruszt 12 przyspieszajacy rozdzielanie ziarn rud metali. PLThe subject of the invention is a method of enriching coal minerals and ores by segregation and a device for mineral enrichment. So far, coal fossils are usually enriched by separation in heavy liquids, mixtures of mineral grains with different specific weights. Ore minerals are enriched mainly by the flotation method. These methods of enrichment of minerals are complicated and very expensive. There is also a method of enriching minerals in vents by means of a stream of air of variable velocity, but the disadvantage of this method is low efficiency. The disadvantages of the methods of mineral enrichment used so far can be avoided by using the method according to the invention. The method of mineral enrichment according to the invention consists in blowing a horizontal stream of air falling with grains of similar size. Grains with a lower specific weight due to the action of the air stream fall in a place more distant from the place of free fall than grains with a higher specific weight, and thanks to this, the mixture of grains with different specific weights is separated. This method of mineral enrichment is very simple, does not require expensive liquids and equipment like the mentioned "wet separation ** methods" and is more efficient than the method of enrichment of minerals in mining plants. The mineral enrichment device according to the invention is a closed wind tunnel with a mineral inlet at the top. In the lower part of the tunnel, openings are made at the places where grains of minerals with different specific weights fall, from under which segregation products are collected. Along the horizontal axis of the tunnel, on one side there is a source of compressed air and on the other side an air exhaust. When using the device for enriching the minerals of metal ores, an electromagnetic grate is placed above the holes in the lower part of the tunnel to accelerate grain fall. The device for mineral enrichment is shown in the example of the implementation in the schematic drawing of fig. 1. The device works as follows: The transporter 1 leads the mineral grains to the inlet 2 of the wind tunnel 3. The free-falling grains are blown by a horizontal stream of air from the fan 4. The grains2 * 97 656 with low specific weight fall through the hole 5 in the bottom of the tunnel 3 to the tank 6, the grains with a high specific weight fall through the opening 7 into the tank 8, and the grains with an average specific weight through the opening 9 into the tank 10. The air with dust from the tunnel 3 with the exhaust 11 is discharged for dedusting. Above the openings in the bottom of the tunnel there is electromagnetic grid 12 for faster separation no grains of metal ores. PL
