KASETON SEMAFOROWY DWUSTRONNY Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia .. sierpnia 2005 roku. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac kasetonu semaforowego dwustronnego, który stosowany jest jako element dekoracyjno - reklamowy do montowania wewnatrz lub na zewnatrz obiektów 0 przeznaczeniu handlowym, korzystnie z mozliwoscia zainstalowania w jego wnetrzu zródla swiatla. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa estetyczna postac kasetonu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie i barwie poszczególnych jego elementów oraz we wlasciwosci powierzchni uzytego materialu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kaseton semaforowy dwustronny wedlug wzoru, w kolorze, w widoku z przodu, a na fig.2 - w widoku z boku, z uwzglednieniem mozliwosci jego instalowania. Kaseton semaforowy dwustronny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac plaskiego fantazyjnego prostopadloscianu, którego dlugosc, szerokosc 1 glebokosc pozostaja w stosunku 10 : 6 : 1. Najdluzsze krawedzie prostopadloscianu posiadaja w srodkowej swojej czesci koliste wypuklosci, a sciany górna i dolna prostopadloscianu sa odpowiednio koliscie wyprofilowane w stosunku do plaszczyzny sciany klasycznego prostopadloscianu. Koliste profile zaklócajace regularnosc prostopadloscianuwplywaja na fantazyjnosc kasetonu. Sciany czolowa i tylna kasetonu semaforowego dwustronnego sa nosnikami informacji i na nich umieszczony jest napis „dzien dobry" w kolorze zóltym (wg Pantone Yellow 012C). Pod literami „dzien dobry" znajduje sie pas tla w kolorze pomaranczowym (wg Pantone Orange 021C). Ponadto koliste wypuklosci scian czolowej i tylnej podkreslone sa przez waski pomaranczowy pasek biegnacy wzdluz brzegów obu scian. Kaseton semaforowy dwustronny wykonany jest z cienkiej blachy aluminiowej lub winylu i jest pomalowany proszkowo na kolor czarny. W srodkowej czesci czolowych scian kasetonu we wczesniej wyfrezowanym miejscu, wklejona jest plexi do podswietlen z naklejonymi z folii samoprzylepnej fantazyjnie napisanymi wyrazami, jak podano powyzej, „dzien dobry" w kolorze zóltym z pomaranczowym tlem. Wewnatrz kasetonu umieszczone jest zródlo swiatla do podswietlania napisu. Kaseton instalowany jest na scianie wewnetrznej lub na zewnatrz obiektów 0 przeznaczeniu handlowym, na plaskownikach z otworami na sruby rozporowe. Montowany jest prostopadle do plaszczyzny sciany (podloza), co podkresla lekkosc calego kasetonu i sprawia, ze jest on lepiej widoczny. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze kaseton semaforowy dwustronny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac plaskiego fantazyjnego prostopadloscianu, którego dlugosc, szerokosc i glebokosc pozostaja w stosunku 10 : 6 : 1. W srodkowej czesci czolowych scian kasetonu we wczesniej wyfrezowanym miejscu, wklejona jest plexi do podswietlen z naklejonymi z folii samoprzylepnej fantazyjnie napisanymi wyrazami, jak podano powyzej, „dzien dobry" w kolorze zóltym na pomaranczowym tle. The industrial design is a new form of a double-sided semaphore box, used as a decorative and advertising element for mounting inside or outside commercial buildings, preferably with the option of installing a light source inside. The essence of the industrial design is the new aesthetic form of the box, manifested in its shape, arrangement, and color of its individual elements, as well as the surface properties of the material used. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a double-sided semaphore box according to the pattern, in color, from a front view, and Fig. 2 - from a side view, taking into account its installation options. The industrial-style double-sided semaphore box takes the form of a flat, fanciful cuboid, whose length, width, and depth are in a 10:6:1 ratio. The longest edges of the cuboid have circular protrusions in their centers, and the top and bottom walls of the cuboid are correspondingly circularly profiled relative to the plane of the walls of a classic cuboid. The circular profiles, which disrupt the regularity of the cuboid, contribute to the box's fanciful appeal. The front and back walls of the double-sided semaphore box carry information and bear the inscription "good morning" in yellow (Pantone Yellow 012C). Below the letters "good morning" is an orange background strip (Pantone Orange 021C). Furthermore, the circular protrusions of the front and rear walls are highlighted by a narrow orange stripe running along the edges of both walls. The double-sided semaphore box is made of thin aluminum sheet or vinyl and is powder-coated black. In the center of the box's front walls, in a pre-milled area, a Plexiglas backlight is glued in place, with the words "Good Morning" fancifully written on it using self-adhesive foil, as mentioned above, in yellow with an orange background. A light source is located inside the box to illuminate the sign. The box is installed on an interior wall or exterior of commercial buildings, on flat bars with holes for expansion bolts. It is mounted perpendicular to the wall (floor) surface, which emphasizes the lightness of the entire box and makes it more visible. The essential features of the industrial design are that the double-sided semaphore box, according to the industrial design, takes the form of a flat, fanciful cuboid, whose length, width, and depth are in a 10:6:1 ratio. The longest edges of the cuboid have circular protrusions in their centers, and the upper and lower walls of the cuboid are correspondingly circularly profiled relative to the wall surface of a classic cuboid. On the front and back walls of the box there is an inscription "dzien dobry" in yellow (according to Pantone Yellow 012C) and under the letters "dzien dobry" there is a background strip in orange (according to Pantone Orange 021C). Furthermore, the circular protrusions of the front and back walls are highlighted by a narrow orange strip running along the edges of both walls. The box is made of thin aluminum sheet or vinyl and is powder-coated black. In the middle of the front walls of the box, in a previously milled area, a Plexiglas for backlighting is glued in a pre-milled area with fancifully written words made of self-adhesive foil glued to them, as mentioned above, "dzien dobry" in yellow on an orange background.
