Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maskotka w postaci zyrafy okapi. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i wygladzie powierzchni. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifesting itself in the shape, line arrangement, and surface appearance. The industrial design is a mascot made of a material filled with soft filler in the form of a stylized Okapi giraffe with a short neck, sitting and holding a set of three interconnected hearts with its front paws. The central heart has the inscription "Top Choice®" on its surface. The mascot also has a coating of light brown spots on a cream background, and the undersides of the hind paws, snout, horns, and inner surfaces of the ears are cream-colored. The surface of the hearts is orange, and the inscription, outlines of the eyes, nose, and snout are black. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The mascot is made of friendly and tactile materials. According to the design, the mascot is intended for use in promotional activities and advertising. The next mascot based on the industrial design is a mascot made of a material filled with soft filler. It is a stylized okapi giraffe with a short neck, sitting and holding a stylized heart with the inscription Tc® in its front paws. It also has a keychain pendant with a clasp attached to its head. The mascot also has a coating of light brown spots on a cream background, and the undersides of the hind paws, beak, horns, and inner surfaces of the ears are cream colored. The heart surface is orange, and the inscription, outline of the eyes, nose, and muzzle are black. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 2, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6. The next mascot based on the design is made of friendly and tactile materials. The mascot is intended for use in promotional activities and advertising. The mascot's essential industrial design features include a stylized, short-necked okapi giraffe in a sitting position, holding three connected stylized hearts with its front paws. The inscription "Top Choice®" appears on the surface of the central heart. The mascot also has a coating of light brown speckles on a cream background, and the undersides of the hind paws, beak, horns, and inner surfaces of the ears are cream-colored. The hearts are orange, and the inscription, eye outlines, nose, and muzzle are black. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The essential features of the industrial design in the form of the next mascot are that it is a stylized okapi giraffe with a short neck, sitting and holding a stylized heart with the inscription Tc® with its front paws and having a key chain pendant with a clasp attached to its head, and furthermore the mascot has a coating in the form of light brown spots on a cream background and the undersides of the hind paws, muzzle, horns and inner surfaces of the ears are cream in color, while the surface of the heart is orange and the inscription, eyes, nose and muzzle are black.
