Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maskotka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i wygladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, którego - Fig. 1, przedstawia rysunek maskotki w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, - Fig. 2 ukazuje fotografie maskotki w widoku z przodu, - Fig. 3 ukazuje maskotke w widoku z boku, - Fig. 4 przedstawia maskotke w widoku z tylu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi pluszowa maskotka w postaci miekkiego, wypchanego stylizowanegopieska w kolorze turkusowym z biala kufa i bialym brzuszkiem, na którym umieszczony jest szary emblemat policyjny w formie osmioramiennej gwiazdy utworzonej z dwóch krzyzy przesunietych o kat 45 stopni wzgledem siebie i zaznaczonych niebieska linia, na którym widnieje napis "POLICJA", ubranego w jasnoblekitna mundurowa czapka policyjna z czarnym daszkiem i ciemnoniebieskim otokiem, na którtym umieszczony jest napis "SZNUPEK", przy czym piesek posiada czerwony nosek i uszy czerwone od srodka, a zewnetrzna powierzchnia uszu i pokrywajaca jedno oko latka, stykajaca sie z jednym uchem, oraz krótki, zadarty ogonek sa w kolorze ciemnoniebieskim, natomiast z jednego boku wystaje biala wszywka zawierajaca napis: "0800 22 23 15". Maskotka wykonana jest z przyjaznych i przyjemnych w dotyku dla dziecka materialów. Maskotka wdlug wzoru przeznaczona do uzywania w policyjnej dzialalnosci promocyjnej. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, of which - Fig. 1, shows a drawing of the mascot in a perspective front view, - Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the mascot in a front view, - Fig. 3 shows the mascot in a side view, - Fig. 4 shows the mascot in a back view. The subject of the industrial design is a plush mascot in the form of a soft, stuffed, stylised turquoise dog with a white muzzle and a white belly, bearing a grey police emblem in the form of an eight-pointed star made of two crosses shifted at a 45-degree angle to each other and marked with a blue line, on which is the inscription "POLICJA", wearing a light blue police uniform cap with a black visor and a dark blue band with the inscription "SZNUPEK", the dog has a red nose and ears red on the inside, and the outer surface of the ears and a patch covering one eye, touching one ear, and a short, upturned tail are dark blue, while on one side there is a white insert with the inscription: "0800 22 23 15". The mascot is made of child-friendly and pleasant-to-touch materials. The mascot, based on the design, is intended for use in police promotional activities.
