Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nosnik reklamowy, zwlaszcza mobilny nosnik reklamy przeznaczony do montazu na dachach samochodów osobowych, w szczególnosci taksówek pasazerskich. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz rysunku powierzchni i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 i fig. 2 rysunku przedstawiaja nosnik reklamowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w ujeciu schematycznym odpowiednio w rzucie aksonometrycznym i w widoku czolowym, natomiast na fig. 3 i fig. 4 pokazano schematyczny wyglad mobilnego nosnika reklamowego w rzucie z góry i widoku z tylu. Cechami istotnymi mobilnego nosnika reklamy wedlug wzoru jest to, iz stanowi go przestrzenna konstrukcja ramowa, w postaci prostopadlosciennej ra- my, której dlugi, dolny bok jest mocowany w podluznej osi symetrii dachu samo- chodu. Pionowy, krótszy bok ramy nosnika jest poszerzony klinowo ku dolowi, a u jego dolnej krawedzi znajduje sie poprzeczka wyprofilowana tak, ze w swej srodkowej czesci ma postac prostopadlosciennej tablicy, po której bokach roz- poscieraja sie dwa okragle w przekroju skrzydla boczne, przy czym od ich dolu, to jest od strony dachu samochodu sa one odciete na poziomo, tworzac krawedzierównolegle do plaszczyzny dachu samochodu. We wnetrzu obu bocznych skrzydel, jak równiez we wnetrzu srodkowej czesci profilu tworzacej prostopad- loscienna tablice jest wykonane wzdluzne wybranie dla poprzeczki relingu dacho- wego, do którego jest mocowana przednia czesc nosnika wedlug wzoru. Na pros- topadlosciennej tablicy z przodu nosnika, podobnie jak i na pionowym, tylnym boku ramy nosnika sa usytuowane podswietlone napisy TAXI, z przodu usytuo- wany poziomo, natomiast z tylu pionowo. Na bocznych skrzydlach rozposcieraja- cych sie po obu bokach prostopadlosciennej tablicy z napisem TAXI, w sasiedzt- wie ich zakonczen, sa umieszczone wyprofilowania, których górne sciany sa równolegle do dachu samochodu, dla umieszczenia na nich elementów optycz- nych w postaci lamp bezpieczenstwa. W poblizu górnej krawedzi tylnej sciany ramy nosnika jest umieszczony kolejny element optyczny w postaci tylnej lampy bezpieczenstwa. Do wnetrza ujawnionej ramy mocuje sie podswietlany, prosto- padloscienny element z naniesiona na niego trescia reklamowa, w postaci napisów, obrazów, logotypów i temu podobnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonany z nieprzezroczystego, gladkiego tworzywa sztucznego w kolorze bialym, matowym, przy czym zakon- czenia owalnych poziomych skrzydel sa wyoblone i sciete prostopadle do plasz- czyzny dachu samochodu, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Usytuowane w górnej czesci poziomych skrzydel elementy optyczne w postaci lamp bezpieczenstwa, jak równiez tylna lampa bezpieczenstwa maja barwe zólta samochodowa, spelniajac tym samym wymogi przepisów dotyczacych warunków technicznych pojazdów oraz zakresu ich niezbednego wyposazenia. Montaz ujawnionego nosnika do dachu samochodu jest nastepujacy. Przednia czesc nosnika jest przytwierdzona do poprzeczki relingu bagaznikamocowanego do dachu samochodu, natomiast dlugi, dolny bok ujawnionej konstrukcji w tylnej czesci jest wyposazony w plyte magnetyczna stanowiaca element mocujacy dlugi bok ramy nosnika bezposrednio do dachu samochodu. Stanowiac tylna podstawe dla opisanej konstrukcji, plyta ta jednoczesnie pelni funkcje elementu mocujacego dla tylnego elementu identyfikujacego taksówke, w postaci prostopadlosciennej tabliczki z napisem TAXI, tak zwanego „koguta" dachowego. Wszelkie elementy optyczne w postaci lamp bezpieczenstwa sa uru- chamiane przez kierowce taksówki w przypadku wystapienia stanu zagrozenia, co w zestawieniu z biala lub zólta barwa tabliczek z czarnymi napisami TAXI czyni zadosc wymogom przepisów dotyczacych dodatkowego wyposazenia samocho- dów osobowych wykorzystywanych jako taksówki osobowe. tFig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an advertising medium, specifically a mobile advertising medium intended for mounting on the roofs of passenger cars, particularly taxicabs. The essence of the design is the new and individual form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, surface design, and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Figures 1 and 2 of the drawing show the advertising medium according to the industrial design in a schematic representation in an axonometric projection and a frontal view, respectively. Figures 3 and 4 show a schematic view of the mobile advertising medium in a top and rear view, respectively. The essential features of the mobile advertising medium, as designed, are that it is a three-dimensional frame structure in the form of a rectangular frame, the long, lower side of which is mounted on the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the vehicle roof. The vertical, shorter side of the medium frame is wedge-shaped towards the bottom, and at its lower edge is a crossbar profiled so that in its central part it forms a rectangular panel, on the sides of which extend two side wings, circular in cross-section, with the wings cut horizontally from the bottom, i.e., from the side of the vehicle roof, creating edges parallel to the plane of the vehicle roof. Inside both side wings, as well as inside the central section of the profile forming the rectangular plate, is a longitudinal recess for the roof rail crossbar, to which the front part of the carrier is attached according to the pattern. On the rectangular plate at the front of the carrier, as well as on the vertical rear side of the carrier frame, illuminated TAXI inscriptions are located; horizontally at the front and vertically at the rear. On the side wings extending on both sides of the rectangular plate bearing the TAXI inscription, near their ends, are profiles, the upper walls of which are parallel to the vehicle roof, for mounting optical elements in the form of safety lamps. Another optical element, in the form of a rear safety light, is placed near the upper edge of the rear wall of the carrier frame. An illuminated, rectangular element with advertising content, such as inscriptions, images, logos, and the like, is mounted to the interior of the disclosed frame. The industrial design is made of opaque, smooth, matte white plastic, with the ends of the oval horizontal wings being rounded and cut perpendicular to the plane of the vehicle roof, as shown in the attached illustration. The optical elements, in the form of safety lights and the rear safety light, located at the top of the horizontal wings are automotive yellow, thus meeting the requirements of regulations regarding vehicle technical specifications and the scope of their necessary equipment. The disclosed carrier is mounted to the vehicle roof as follows. The front part of the carrier is attached to the crossbar of the luggage rack rail attached to the car roof, while the long, lower side of the disclosed structure in the rear part is equipped with a magnetic plate constituting an element fastening the long side of the carrier frame directly to the car roof. By constituting the rear base for the described structure, this plate simultaneously functions as a fastening element for the rear element identifying the taxi, in the form of a cuboid plate with the inscription TAXI, the so-called roof "roof light". All optical elements in the form of safety lamps are activated by the taxi driver in the event of an emergency, which, combined with the white or yellow color of the plates with black inscriptions TAXI, meets the requirements of the regulations regarding additional equipment for passenger cars used as passenger taxis.
