Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompleksowy nawóz plynny calkowicie klarowny, zawierajacy makroeklad- niki NPK w polaczeniu z magnezem.Znane klarowne nawozy plynne, otrzymane na drodze neutralizacjiekstrakcyjnego kwasu ortofosforowego i wprowadzenia soli potasu po uprzednim oddzieleniu osadu wytraconych zanieczyszczen pochodzacych z kwasu fosforowego, nie zawieraja magnezu. Równiez nawóz plynny otrzymany na drodze neutralizacji kwasu fosforo¬ wego wodorotlenkiem potasu i uzupelnieniu azotu mocznikiem nie zawiera magnezu. Wprowadzenie soft mapie- zu do takich nawozów z równoczesnym zachowaniem ich klarownosci nie jest mozliwe, albowiem obecnoic jonów HPO4 " w roztworze powoduje wytracanie sie osadu fosforanu ajmmowo-rnagnezowego. Dotychczas do nawozów plynnych zawierajacych fosfor nie wprowadzono magnezu. Znane jest natontiast wprowadzenie m*$ie- zu do nawozów zawiesinowych, a wiec nie klarownych.Niektóre znane nawozy plynne oparte na polifosforanie amonu, zawierajace nawet niewielkie ilosa magne¬ zu sa specjalnie stabilizowane przed wytracaniem zelowatych osadów magnezowych, np. przez dodatek nadmiaru fluorku (patent USA nr 3711268) wzglednie przez dodatek rozpuszczalnych zwiazków glinu (patent USA nr 3697247). Te drobne, uwodnione, bezpostaciowe osady zaklócaja lub zmniejszaja plynnosc stezonych nawo¬ zów, co uniemozliwia ich pompowanie, wylewanie wzglednie rozpraszanie do gleby.Nawóz plynny wedlug wynalazku nie wymaga stabilizacji i jest calkowicie klarowny. Zawieja on podsta¬ wowe skladniki odzywcze: azot, fosfor, potas i magnez. Skladnik fosforowy zawiera w postaci jonu H2P04" w formie odpowiednich soli potasu i/lub amonu, a pozostale skladniki w formie rozpuszczalnych w wodzie azotanów lub siarczanów amonu i magnezu oraz ewentualnie dalsze ilosci rozpuszczalnych w wodzie sotó potasu, np. azotanu lub siarczanu. Nawozy wedlug wynalazku zawieraja wzglednie moga zawierac, poszczególne skladni¬ ki odzywcze w ilosci: - azot 8-17% wagowych - fosfor (w przeliczeniu na P2 05) 5-17% wagowych - potas (w przeliczeniu na K2 O) 10-28% wagowych - magnez (w przeliczeniu na MgO) 3-8% wagowych.2 97 028 Sposób przyrzadzania nawozu jest prosty. Known clear liquid fertilizers, obtained by neutralizing extractive orthophosphoric acid and introducing potassium salts after prior separation of sediment of precipitated phosphoric acid impurities, do not contain magnesium. Also, the liquid fertilizer obtained by neutralizing phosphoric acid with potassium hydroxide and supplementing nitrogen with urea does not contain magnesium. It is not possible to introduce a soft map to such fertilizers while maintaining their clarity, because the presence of HPO4 "in the solution causes the precipitation of ammonia-rnagnesium phosphate. So far, no magnesium has been introduced into liquid fertilizers containing phosphorus. The introduction of m * $ is known. Some known liquid fertilizers based on ammonium polyphosphate, containing even small amounts of magnesium, are specially stabilized against the loss of gel-like magnesium deposits, e.g. by the addition of excess fluoride (US Pat. No. 3711268) or by the addition of soluble aluminum compounds (US Patent No. 3,697,247). These fine, hydrated, amorphous sediments interfere with or reduce the liquidity of concentrated fertilizers, which prevents them from being pumped, poured or dispersed into the soil. Liquid fertilizer according to the invention does not require stabilization and is completely clear. It contains basic nutrients : nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. The phosphorus component contains in the form of the ion H2PO4 "in the form of the corresponding potassium and / or ammonium salts, and the other components in the form of water-soluble ammonium and magnesium nitrates or sulphates and possibly further amounts of water-soluble potassium sodium, e.g. nitrate or sulphate.
