Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw donic z podstawkami sluzacych do uprawy kwiatów. Ksztalt donic i podstawek wedlug wzoru oraz ich zdobienia pozwalaja na uprawe kwiatów w warunkach domowych, na balkonach, tarasach i w ogrodach zapewniajac dobre oraz estetyczne warunki uprawy. Zaopatrzenie doniczek w podstawki zapobiega przeciekaniu wody sluzacej do podlewania kwiatów na podloze. Na zewnetrznych scianach donic wykonane sa zdobienia imitujace fakture kamienia i dodatkowe naokolo górnej czesci, powyzej opasajacego donice wypuklego pierscienia, pas ze zdobieniami w ksztaltach zblizonych do otwartych od góry prostokatów o podwójnych sciankach. Podstawka ma ksztalt odwróconego plaskiego scietego stozka otwartego od góry. Zestaw w handlu wystepuje pod nazwa „ TROJA". W drugim, przedstawionym na fig. 2 zestawie donica ma ksztalt zblizony do szescianu otwartego od góry a od dolu zakonczonego przewezeniem przechodzacym w kwadratowa podstawe. Podstawka ma ksztalt odwróconego plaskiego prosto scietego pryzmatoidu o kwadratowych podstawach otwartego od góry. Zestaw w handlu wystepuje pod nazwa „TROJA- KWADRAT".W trzecim, pokazanym na fig. 3 zestawie donica ma ksztalt zblizony do odwróconego prostopadloscianu otwartego od góry a od dolu zakonczonego przewezeniem przechodzacym w prostokatna podstawe. Podstawka ma ksztalt odwróconego plaskiego prosto scietego pryzmatoidu o prostokatnych podstawach otwartego od góiy. Zestaw w handlu wystepuje pod nazwa „ TROJA- OGRÓDEK". The shape of the pots and saucers, as shown in the design, and their decorations allow for the cultivation of flowers indoors, on balconies, terraces, and in gardens, ensuring good and aesthetically pleasing growing conditions. Providing the pots with saucers prevents water from leaking onto the soil. The outer walls of the pots feature decorations imitating the texture of stone, and an additional band around the top, above the convex ring surrounding the pots, features decorations in shapes resembling open-topped, double-walled rectangles. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings showing views of individual varieties of the pots with saucers in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. In the first set, shown in Fig. 1, the pot has a shape similar to a circular cylinder, open at the top and terminating at the bottom in a narrowing that turns into a circular base. The base has a shape similar to an inverted flat truncated cone, open at the top. The set is commercially available under the name "TROJA." In the second set, shown in Fig. 2, the pot has a shape similar to a cube, open at the top and terminating at the bottom in a narrowing that turns into a square base. The base has a shape similar to an inverted flat truncated prismatoid with square bases, open at the top. The set is commercially available under the name "TROJA-KWADRAT." In the third set, shown in Fig. 3, the pot has a shape similar to an inverted cuboid, open at the top and terminating at the bottom in a narrowing that turns into a rectangular base. The base has the shape of an inverted, flat, straight-cut prismatoid with rectangular bases, open at the top. The set is commercially available under the name "TROJA-OGRÓDEK". The pots and bases are made of ceramic and/or plastic. The essential features of the industrial design are the decorations made on the outside of the pots and the shape of the pots.
