Description
Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko, przeznaczone do celów spozywczych. Zglaszane do ochrony ciastko wyróznia jego oryginalna postac oraz uksztaltowanie krawedzi bocznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji fig.1. Jak pokazano na ilustracji - ciastko charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego boki sa symetrycznie pofalowane. Naroza tego prostokata sa pólkolami, miedzy którymi - na dluzszych bokach - uksztaltowane sa po dwa luki, a na krótszych bokach po jednym luku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego boki sa symetrycznie pofalowane, - naroza tego prostokata sa pólkolami, miedzy którymi na - dluzszych bokach - uksztaltowane sa po dwa luki, a na krótszych bokach po jednym luku.Fig.1 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cookie intended for food purposes. As shown in the illustration, the cookie is characterized by its shape resembling a rectangle, the sides of which are symmetrically wavy. The corners of this rectangle are semicircles, between which—on the longer sides—are two arcs, and on the shorter sides—one arc.
