Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie przeznaczone do badania trwalosci wykladziny ogniotrwalej, zwlaszcza w kanale generatora magnetohydrodynamicznego.Ze wzgledu na szczególnie trudne warunki pracy, na które skladaja sie nagle zmiany temperatury, naprezenia cieplne, duze ilosci szybko poruszajacych sie gazów, silnie utleniajaca atmosfera, wykladziny ogniotrwale powinny byó poddane odpowiednim badaniom.Dotychczas nie jest znane urzadzenie, w którym mozna byloby badac takie materialy.Celem wynalazku jest skonstruowanie urzadzenia, które pozwala w warunkach zblizonych do panujacych w rzeczywistym kanale generatora, badac trwalosc wykladziny ogniotrwalej.Istota wynalazku polega na tym, ze urzadzenie ma wzdluz swej osi podluznej kanal, którego sciany utworzone sa z cienkosciennych ogniotrwalych plytek, przy czym jedna ze scianek sporzadzona jest z badanego materialu ogniotrwalego. Plytki tworzace kanal polaczone sa za pomoca wykonanych w nich wyciec i odizolowane kilkoma warstwami materialów ogniotrwalych od obudowy* Urzadzenie ma scianke ruchoma, umozliwiajaca latwy dostep do badanych plytek.
