Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania dodatku paszowego z odpadowej grzybni i odcieków poantybiotykowych z jednoczesna inaktywacja pozostalosci antybiotyków.Dotychczas wytwarzano dodatki do pasz z grzybni i odcieków poprzez suszenia a otrzymany produkt stosowano lacznie z pozostalymi w nim antybiotykami, badz tez poddawano inaktywacji termicznej antybiotyki zawarte w grzybni i odciekach.. Inny sposób inaktywacji polegal na dzialaniu na grzybnie i odcieki kwasami fosforowymi i nastepnie zobojetnianie zasadami, solami i tlenkami pierwiastków biologicznie czynnych.Wytwarzanie dodatku paszowego pozostaloscia czynnych antybiotyków, dyskwalifikuje go jako dodatek paszowy, natomiast stosowanie inaktywacji termicznej pochlania duzo energii i wymaga duzego zaplecza aparaturowego. Przy dzialaniu na grzybnie i odcieki kwasami fosforowymi i nastepnie zobojetnienie, otrzymany produkt stanowi mieszanke mineralna, zas grzybnie i odciek stanowia w niej jedynie nosnik substancji mineralnych.Celem wynalazku jest wytwarzanie dodatku paszowego z grzybni i odcieków poantybiotykowych z jednoczesna inaktywacja antybiotyków biologicznie czynnych droga prostego procesu technologicznego.Dodatek paszowy wedlug wynalazku otrzymuje sie z grzybni i odcieków poantybiotykowych o róznej konsystencji, które w zaleznosci od chemicznej budowy zawartych w nich antybiotyków traktuje sie kwasem solnym w stezeniu od 0,1 do 40% lub lugiem sodowym o stezeniu od 0,1 do 100%. Grzybnie i odcieki w trakcie obróbki technologicznej traktowane kwasem lub zasada zostaja pozbawione czynnych antybiotyków. Otrzymany produkt zobojetnia sie i odparowuje do sucha otrzymujac brunatno-szary proszek o charakterystycznym zapachu grzybni, lekko slony nie rozpuszczalny w wodzie. Otrzymany produkt nie posiada niepozadanych pozostalosci biologicznie czynnych antybiotyków i zawiera domieszki soli kuchennej lub innej potrzebnych w paszy dla zwierzat.Sposób wedlug wynalazku jest technologicznie prosty i tani.. Sposób otrzymywania dodatku paszowego z jednoczesna inaktywacja pozostalosci antybiotyków jest przedstawiony blizej w przykladach wykonania.2 93 277 Przyklad I. The aim of the invention is to produce a feed additive from mycelium and post-antibiotic leachate with the simultaneous inactivation of biologically active antibiotics by a simple process According to the invention, the feed additive is obtained from mycelium and post-antibiotic leachate of different consistency, which, depending on the chemical structure of the antibiotics contained in them, are treated with hydrochloric acid in a concentration of 0.1 to 40% or soda lye with a concentration of 0.1 to 100%. Mycelia and leachate during technological treatment, treated with acid or base, are deprived of active antibiotics. The obtained product becomes neutral and evaporates to dryness, giving a brownish-gray powder with a characteristic odor of mycelium, slightly salty, insoluble in water. The obtained product does not have undesirable residues of biologically active antibiotics and contains admixtures of common salt or other needed in animal feed. The method according to the invention is technologically simple and cheap.
