Dotychczas znana jest z opisu wzoru przemyslowego RP nr 5824 nasadka na butelke z wyrobem kosmetycznym. Nasadka ta ma ksztalt graniastoslupa o podstawie kwadratu. W czesci górnej krawedzie graniastoslupa sa sciete tworzac trapezy. Znana jest równiez z wzoru przemyslowego RP nr 6922 nasadka na butelki do perfum majaca postac zblizona do szescianu z walcowym gniazdem. Podobna nasadka, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego RP nr 7195 ma dwustopniowy ksztalt, dolny walcowy i górny w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o przekroju kwadratowym. Gniazdo w tej nasadce ma ksztalt walca.Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie gniazd korka, nadajaca mu nowy i oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Korek, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest pokazany na rysunku, przedstawiajacym go w pólprzekroju. Jak pokazano na rysunku, korek stanowi bryle, która w górnej czesci ma ksztalt pólkuli, natomiast w dolnej czesci ma ksztalt walca. Wewnatrz, korek ma dwustopniowe, walcowe gniazdo. Pierwsza czesc gniazda znajdujaca sie glebiej ma mniejsza srednice od drugiej jego czesci. Korek jest wykonany korzystnie z przezroczystej masy plastycznej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac korka w formie dwuczesciowej bryly. Dolna czesc ma ksztalt walca, a górna stanowi pólkule. Wewnatrz korka jest wykonane dwustopniowe, walcowe gniazdo, przy czym czesc tego gniazda znajdujaca sie glebiej ma srednice mniejsza od drugiej jego czesci. Uklad bryl i gniazda podkresla oryginalny, dotychczas niespotykany wyglad korka jako zamkniecia butelek. Previously, a cap for a cosmetic bottle was known from the description of industrial design RP No. 5824. This cap has the shape of a prism with a square base. At the top, the edges of the prism are beveled to form trapezoids. Also known from industrial design RP No. 6922 is a cap for perfume bottles in a shape similar to a cube with a cylindrical socket. A similar cap, according to industrial design RP No. 7195, has a two-stage shape: a cylindrical lower part and a cuboid upper part with a square cross-section. The socket in this cap is cylindrical. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the plug's sockets, giving it a new and original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The plug, according to the industrial design, is shown in a drawing showing it in half-section. As shown in the drawing, the plug is a solid block, which is hemispherical in its upper part, while the lower part is cylindrical. Inside, the plug has a two-stage, cylindrical socket. The first part of the socket, located deeper, has a smaller diameter than the second part. The plug is preferably made of a transparent plastic mass. The essential features of the industrial design are the new form of the plug as a two-part solid block. The lower part is cylindrical, and the upper part is a hemisphere. Inside the cork is a two-stage, cylindrical socket, with the deeper part of the socket having a smaller diameter than the other part. The arrangement of the shapes and socket emphasizes the cork's original, previously unseen appearance as a bottle closure.
