Znane sa zabudowy reklamowe w postaci samodzielnych podswietlanych banerów reklamowych o róznych ksztaltach, zabudowa automatów wrzutowych do napojów i slodyczy, oraz automatów do kawy, znany jest równiez baner reklamowy w wierzy reklamowej budynku stacji serwisowej Wp 2850, oraz w postaci nakladki reklamowej na pistolet dozujacy dystrybutora paliw plynnych Wp 230. Istota rozwiazania wedlug wzoru jest estetyczna i zwarta zabudowa urzadzen chlodniczych spelniajaca jednoczesnie funkcje podswietlanych banerów reklamowych eksponujacych reklamy okreslonych produktów. Wzór zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig.1 przedstawia rysunek schematyczny zabudowy w widoku czolowym, zas fig.2 fotografie przykladowej zabudowy w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zabudowy reklamowej usytuowanego centralnie urzadzenia chlodniczego zlozonej z trzech pólprzezroczystych, podswietlanych plyt pleksi, znamienne tym, ze plyty maja zarys zblizony do prostokata usytuowanego w plaszczyznie pionowej - boczne, oraz poziomej - czolowa, a ich powierzchnie sa profilowane lukowo. Wszystkie elementy lacznie tworza jednolita estetyczna zabudowe, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, fig.2.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is an advertising installation for refrigeration equipment, intended for the display of advertising and informational materials. Known advertising installations include standalone, illuminated advertising banners of various shapes, installations for beverage and sweets vending machines, and coffee machines. An advertising banner in the advertising tower of a Wp 2850 service station building is also known, as is an advertising overlay for the dispensing nozzle of a Wp 230 liquid fuel dispenser. The essence of the design is an aesthetic and compact installation for refrigeration equipment that also serves as illuminated advertising banners displaying advertisements for specific products. The design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a schematic drawing of the installation from the front, and Fig. 2 shows photographs of an example installation from a perspective view. The essential features of this industrial design are an advertising structure for a centrally located refrigeration unit, composed of three semi-transparent, illuminated Plexiglas panels. The panels have a rectangular shape, vertically aligned (side panels) and horizontally aligned (front panel), and their surfaces are arc-profiled. The panels are arranged symmetrically on the sides, and one at the front panel is at the top. All panels are interconnected by vertical, arc-profiled, decorative strips, and a flat cover at the top, roughly stylized oval in shape. The cover's edge is symmetrically arranged on both sides at the front panel, with oval bulges at the strips connecting the advertising surfaces, while the oval shape of the cover is beveled at the rear panel, creating a straight edge.
