Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa przypodlogowa estetycznie maskujaca przerwe dylatacyjna pomiedzy podloga i sciana pomieszczenia. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Listwa ma postac podluznego elementu, w przekroju zblizonym do katownika o dwóch prostopadlych, plaskich, scianach, przy czym bok pionowy jest dluzszy od boku poziomego, natomiast przeciwprostokatna stanowi linia ciagla stanowiaca fragmenty figur geometrycznych. Listwa przypodlogowa przedstawiona jest na rysunku, fig. 1 przedstawiajacym widok czolowy zarysu listwy i zdjeciu, fig. 2 - przedstawiajacym widok perspektywiczny listwy. Przeciwprostokatna stanowi linia ciagla o lagodnym wkleslym luku zaczynajacym sie przy podstawie tak, ze w górnym koncu listwa jest znacznie wezsza niz jej podstawa. W górnym koncu luk polaczony jest z przyprostokatna odcinkiem prostej. Cecha charakterystyczna wzoru przemyslowego jest zarys przeciwprostokatnej o lagodnym wkleslym luku zaczynajacym sie przy podstawie tak, ze w górnym koncu listwa jest znacznie wezsza niz jej podstawa. W górnym koncu luk polaczony jest z przyprostokatna odcinkiem prostej, jak przedstawiono na rysunku i fotografii.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a skirting board that aesthetically conceals the expansion gap between the floor and the wall of a room. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the item, manifested in its shape. The board is an elongated element, in cross-section similar to an angle bracket with two perpendicular, flat sides, with the vertical side longer than the horizontal side, while the hypotenuse is a continuous line consisting of fragments of geometric shapes. The skirting board is shown in Fig. 1, a frontal view of the skirting board outline, and Fig. 2, a perspective view of the skirting board. The hypotenuse is a continuous line with a gentle, concave arc starting at the base, so that the upper end of the board is significantly narrower than its base. At the upper end, the arc is connected to the hypotenuse by a straight line segment. A characteristic feature of the industrial design is the outline of the hypotenuse with a gentle concave arc starting at the base, so that at the upper end the strip is significantly narrower than its base.
