Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik przeznaczony do pakowania i/lub oprawy, zwlaszcza zniczy. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac pojemnika przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie nadajacym mu indywidualny charakter. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the container, manifested in its shape, which gives it a unique character. The container according to the industrial design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a closed container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows an open container in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows another form of a closed container in a perspective view, Fig. 4 shows another form of an open container in a perspective view, Fig. 5 shows yet another form of a closed container in a perspective view, and Fig. 6 shows yet another form of an open container in a perspective view. The container according to the first variant, shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, has the shape of a truncated prism with the larger base turned upwards, the larger and smaller bases being regular pentagons, while the walls of the container at the top have the shape of parabolic arcs, which when bent inwards constitute the closure of the container, in the corners of the smaller base of the container, near its lower edge, there are cuts, and the parts of the container below the cuts are bent inwards and constitute a support for the bottom of the candle. The container according to the second variant, shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, has the shape of a truncated prism with the larger base turned upwards, where the larger and smaller bases are regular pentagons, while the walls of the container at the top have a shape similar to the bust, forming a closure when bent inwards, in the corners of the smaller base of the container, near its lower edge, there are cuts, and the parts of the container below the cuts are bent inwards and constitute a support for the bottom of the candle. The container according to the third variant, shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, has the shape of a truncated prism with the larger base turned upwards, where the larger and smaller bases are regular pentagons, while the walls of the container at the top have a shape similar to a crown, forming a closure when bent inwards. The closure, in the corners of the smaller base, near its lower edge, has cutouts, and the parts of the container below the cutouts are bent inward and provide support for the bottom of the candle (Figs. 5 and 6). This industrial-design container protects the glass candle inside from breakage. Furthermore, when the candle container is opened, by folding back the upper part of the side panels, a practical and decorative candle enclosure is created, protecting the lit candle from the wind. The industrial-design container is made of a composite material containing paper made from recycled materials and is relatively easily biodegradable. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The container has the shape of a truncated prism with the larger base turned upwards, the larger and smaller bases being regular pentagons, while the walls of the container at the top have a shape similar to a crown, in the corners of the smaller base of the container, near its lower edge, there are cuts, and the parts of the container below the cuts are bent inwards (fig. 5 and 6).
