Description

Wynalazek niniejszy dotyczy grzebienia dwustronnego, zaopatrzonego w dwa szere¬ gi ostrzy lub zebów o jednakowej lub rozma¬ itej podzialce. W jego czesci srodkowej, któ¬ ra sklada sie z kilkakrotnie zgietej blachy, jest miejsce, dla wstawienia ostrzy, które, utrzymywane w polozeniu zapomoca szczyp¬ ców, sa zamocowane pod cisnieniem.Na rysunku sa przedstawione dwa sposo¬ by wykonania dwustronnego grzebienia, sto¬ sownie do wynalazku. Fig. 1 przedstawia w perspektywie blache w ksztalcie litery Z lub N; fig. 2 — czesc dwustronnego grzebie¬ nia, wykonanego z tej blachy oraz przekrój poprzeczny; fig. 3 przedstawia blache z za- gietemi brzegami i wgieciem posrodku; fig. 4 — czesc dwustronnego grzebienia, wykona¬ nego v blachy, przedstawionej na fig. 3, oraz jego przekrój poprzeczny.Przy konstrukcji wedlug fig. 1 i 2 czesc srodkowa grzebienia dwi*stronnego, wygieta. w ksztalcie Z lub N, stanowi blacha 3, której brzegi 1 i 2 wygiete do srodka tworza dwa przeciwlegle zlobki 4 i 5, do których wstawia¬ my ostrza lub zeby grzebienia dwustronnego.Po wstawieniu na odpowiednia glebokosc, trzymanych zapomoca szczypców, zebów 6 (fig. 2) do zlobków 4 i 5, blacha srodkowa zo¬ staje wraz z wystawionemi zebami scisnieta i zeby w ten sposób zamocowane.Przy konstrukcji wedlug fig. 3 i 4 blacha |71 ma posrodku wgiecie 8, tworzace zlób 9 do wstawienia zebów z jednej strony grzebienia; brzegi 10 i 11, zagiete do srodka, sluza do u- mieszczenia miedzy nimi zebów drugiej stro¬ ny grzebienia. Zamocowanie i zacisniecie ze¬ bów 6 odbywa sie w ten sposób, co poprzed¬ nio. Grzebien bywa zwykle wykonany z me¬ talu, zas zeby lub ostrza moga byc wykonane z innych odpowiednich materjalów.V PL PLThe present invention relates to a double-sided comb provided with two rows of blades or teeth of the same or different pitch. In its central part, which consists of a sheet bent several times, there is a place for inserting the blades, which, held in position by means of pliers, are held under pressure. Two methods of making a double-sided comb are shown in the figure, one hundred ¬ according to the invention. 1 is a perspective view of the Z-shaped or N-shaped sheet; Fig. 2 shows a part of a double-sided comb made of this sheet and a cross-section; Fig. 3 shows a metal sheet with bent edges and a dent in the center; 4 shows a part of a double-sided comb made in the sheet metal shown in FIG. 3, and its cross-section. In the construction according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the middle part of the double-sided comb is curved. in the Z-shape or N-shape, it is a plate 3, the edges of which 1 and 2 bent towards the center form two opposite grooves 4 and 5, into which we insert the blades or teeth of a double-sided comb. After inserting to the appropriate depth, held with pliers, teeth 6 ( 2) to the grooves 4 and 5, the central plate is pressed together with the exposed teeth and the teeth are fixed in this way. In the construction according to Figs. 3 and 4, the plate | 71 has a recess 8 in the center, forming a groove 9 for inserting the teeth with one side of the comb; the edges 10 and 11, folded inwards, serve to accommodate the teeth of the other side of the comb between them. The attachment and clamping of the teeth 6 are carried out in the same way as before. The comb is usually made of metal and the teeth or blades may be made of other suitable materials.

1. Patent claims. 1. A two-sided comb with two rows of blades or teeth, with equal or different tooth pitches, the area characterized by the fact that the central part of it, used to accommodate the teeth, consists of several folds and thus forms grooves for insertion of the two rows of blades, which, when inserted on both sides, held with pliers, tines, are pressed together with the tines under the appropriate pressure. 2.
