Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lezak ogrodowy, który ma konstrukcje drewniana i sluzy do rekreacji. Lezak wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest rozwiazaniem nowym i oryginalnym, rózniacym sie od znanych rozwiazan tym, ze wykonany jest z desek o róznej szerokosci i ramiaków wzdluznych drewnianych o krawedziach zewnetrznych z krzywiznami i wyposazony jest w dwa kólka wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego z kolpakami drewnianymi o nierównomiernej powierzchni. Kólka osadzone sa na osi metalowej, umieszczonej w wydrazonej zerdzi przymocowanej do konstrukcji. Lezak ogrodowy uwidoczniony jest na rysunku fig. 1, przedstawiajacym lezak w widoku aksonometrycznym. Lezak wykonany jest z desek o róznej szerokosci polaczonych ramiakami zewnetrznymi o zaokraglonych krawedziach tworzac lezysko z podglówkiem o regulowanym odchyleniu pod katem rozwartym. Do konstrukcji lezaka zamocowane sa dwa kólka oraz dwie nózki wykonane z okorowanych i wygladzonych galezi w ksztalcie rozwartych katowników. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. 1. Ramiaki boczne lezaka maja krawedzie zaokraglone i nieregularne. 2. Deski maja rózne szerokosci a deski przednia i tylna maja krawedzie zaokraglone narozniki. 3. Nogi lezaka wykonane sa z okorowanych i wygladzonych galezi w ksztalcie rozwartych katowników. 4. The deckchair, based on the industrial design, is a new and original solution, differing from known designs in that it is made of boards of varying widths and longitudinal wooden stiles with curved outer edges. It is equipped with two plastic wheels with wooden caps with uneven surfaces. The wheels are mounted on a metal axle, located in a hollow pole attached to the structure. The garden deckchair is shown in Fig. 1, which shows an axonometric view of the deckchair. The deckchair is made of boards of varying widths connected by external stiles with rounded edges, creating a deckchair with a headrest with adjustable tilt at an obtuse angle. Two wheels and two legs made of debarked and smoothed branches in the shape of obtuse angles are attached to the deck chair's structure. Significant industrial design features: 1. The side rails of the deck chair have rounded and irregular edges. 2. The boards have different widths, and the front and back boards have rounded corners. 3.
