Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób fabrykacji kleiwa dla farb, laków i podob¬ nych produktów.Wedlug wynalazku stara gume roz¬ drabnia sie, odwulkanizowuje, rozpuszcza zapomoca weglowodorów pod cisnieniem i przy wysokiej temperaturze, poczem w ten sposób otrzymana mase wulkanizuje sie. Mozna to np, w ten sposób przepro¬ wadzic, ze napelnia sie zbiornik stara gu¬ ma, np. obreczami gumowemi, kiszkami, kaloszami i podobnemi produktami. W tym zbiorniku odbywa sie odwulkaaizowanienp. przez zadanie rozdrobnionej starej gumy u- wodornionym weglowodorem, jak hydro- naftalenem, przyczem wodór, znajdujacy sie w hydronaftalenie, wiaze sie z siarka wulkanizowanych odpadków gumy i ulat¬ nia sie jako siarkowodór. Dodaje sie na¬ stepnie dalsze ilosci weglowodorów np. benzyne, benzen lub tym podobne zwiaz¬ ki pod wysokiem cisnieniem przy wyso¬ kiej temperaturze, przez co osiaga sie zu¬ pelne rozpuszczenie calej masy. Naftalen uzyskany zpowrotem z nawodnionego naf¬ talenu wydala sie z masy przez wymarza¬ nie.Przy wulkanizowaniu zadaje sie np. roztopiona, odwulkanizowana i rozpu¬ szczona stara gume naturalna siarka lub innemi, nadaj acemi sie preparatami siar¬ ki i poddaje sie te mieszanine dluzszy czas^1 wysokiemu cisnieniu i wysokiej temperatu¬ rze, przyczehi masa zarazem twar¬ dnieje.W ten sposób uzyskana masa nadaje sie doskonale jako kleiwo dla farbf laków, kitów i podobnych produktów. Posiada ono te zalete, ze powloki i kity sporzadzone z domieszka tego materjalu nie krusza sie po osuszeniu, przylegaja dobrze do pod¬ stawy i opieraja sie szkodliwemu dzialaniu wahan temperatury. Wyrób tego kleiwa jest bardzo tani, gdyz stosuje sie stara gu¬ ma, a wiec prawie bezwartosciowy mate- rjal. PL PLThe subject of the invention is a method of manufacturing glue for paints, varnishes and similar products. According to the invention, the old rubber breaks down, de-vulcanizes, dissolves with the aid of hydrocarbons under pressure and high temperature, and the mass thus obtained is vulcanized. This can be done, for example, by filling the tank with old rubber, for example with rubber rims, bowels, rubber boots and the like. In this tank, descaling takes place, e.g. by treating crushed old rubber with a hydrogenated hydrocarbon, such as hydropaphthalene, along with the hydrogen found in hydronaphthalene, it binds with the sulfur of the vulcanized rubber waste and volatilizes as hydrogen sulfide. Further amounts of hydrocarbons, for example gasoline, benzene or the like, are then added under high pressure at high temperature, whereby complete dissolution of the mass is achieved. The naphthalene recovered from the hydrated naphthalene was released from the mass by freezing. For vulcanization, for example, molten, de-vulcanized and dissolved old gum, natural sulfur or other suitable sulfur preparations are added, and the mixture is subjected to a longer process. under high pressure and high temperature, the mass hardens at the same time. The mass obtained in this way is perfectly suitable as an adhesive for paints, putties and similar products. It also has the advantage that coatings and putties made of an admixture of this material do not crumble after drying, adhere well to the base and resist the harmful effects of temperature fluctuations.
