Do¬ tychczas nie jest znana konstrukcja urzadzenia te¬ go typu.Celem wynalazku jest opracowanie konstrukcji urzadzenia do pomiaru palnosci wzglednej tworzyw sztucznych.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku sklada sie z dwóch przeplywomierzy, polaczonych z jednej strony z ma¬ nometrami i poprzez reduktory z butla sprezone¬ go azotu oraz butla sprezonego tlenu, zas z dru¬ giej strony poprzez zawory regulacyjne i mieszacz gazów z nagrzewnica elektryczna, która laczy sie z komora spalan i zasilana jest przez regulowane zródlo pradu, przy czym komora spalan sklada sie z czesci metalowej, zaopatrzonej w termoodporna plytke porowata z osadzonym na niej uchwytem próbek oraz w termopare, polaczona z miernikiem temperatury mieszaniny gazów i z rury szklanej o srednicy wewnetrznej okolo 100 mm i dlugosci okolo 500 mm.Zaleta urzadzenia wedlug wynalazku jest prosto¬ ta i szybkosc pomiaru, przy dobrej powtarzalnosci i dokladnosci wyników. The advantage of the device according to the invention is simple and quick measurement, with good repeatability and accuracy results. Moreover, the device is compact and portable, and simple in construction and easy to operate. The subject of the invention is shown in an example of an embodiment in the drawing which shows a general diagram of the device. The device according to the invention consists of two flow meters 1 and 2 connected to one side with manometers 3 and 4 and through reducers 5 and 6 with cylinders 7 and 8 of compressed nitrogen and oxygen, and on the other side through control valves 9 and and a gas mixer 11 with electric heater 12, which is connected to the combustion chamber 13 and is supplied by a regulated power source 14. Combustion chamber 13 consists of a metal part provided with a heat-resistant porous plate 16 with a sample holder 17 mounted on it and a thermocouple 18, connected to a gas mixture temperature gauge 19 and a pipe 20 with an internal diameter of 100 mm and a length of 500 mm. The operation of the device according to the invention consists in the fact that after regulating according to a special nomogram of the gas flow, higher than the predicted oxygen ratio, the sample ignites, changing the composition of the mixture of nitrogen and oxygen in a smooth manner, the sample is extinguished. From the indicated flow meters 1 and 2, the composition of the mixture at which the sample has extinguished is read. The sample is then ignited at 1% higher than the previous oxygen index, so that the complete combustion of the sample occurs.
