Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zasuwowy zawór prózniowy stosowany do pomp dyfuzyjnych oraz jako zawór przelotowy do dlugich rurociagów pró¬ zniowych.Dotychczas stosowane zawory prózniowe skladaja sie z dwóch ruchomych plyt zamykajacych pomiedzy którymi umieszczony jest mechanizm rozpierania i blokady zaworu. Otwieranie i zamykanie zaworu odbywa sie poprzez wyciaganie wrzeciona polaczo¬ nego z mechanizmem rozpierania i blokady, co w znacznym stopniu zwieksza wysokosc zaworu.Zawór wedlug wynalazku sklada sie z plyt czo¬ lowych, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie plyta za¬ mykajaca umieszczona na rozpierajacym korbowo- dzie polaczonym obrotowo z tarcza napedowa.Korbowód rozpierajacy zaopatrzony jest w wystepy korzystnie w postaci sciec kjionwych rozmieszczo¬ nych na obwodzie, a sluzacych do docisku plyty zamykajacej do uszczelki.Zawór wedlug wynalazku odznacza sie niewiel¬ kimi gabarytami i ciezarem, co ma szczególne zna¬ czenie ze wzgledu na koszt materialów, z których jest wykonywany. Vacuum valves used so far consist of two movable closing plates between which the valve expansion and lock mechanism are located. The valve is opened and closed by pulling out the spindle connected with the expanding and locking mechanism, which significantly increases the height of the valve. According to the invention, the valve consists of front plates, between which there is a closing plate placed on an expanding crankshaft. The expanding rod is provided with protrusions, preferably in the form of kjion joints arranged around the circumference, to press the closing plate against the seal. According to the invention, the valve is characterized by small dimensions and weight, which has a particular meaning Connection due to the cost of materials from which it is made. The technology of making the valve does not require welding, which in turn does not require a vacuum inspection of welds. Due to the perpendicular pressure of the closing plate against the seal, good tightness of the valve closure is ensured, as well as the possibility of using the valve as a double-sided valve. An example of making the valve according to the invention is shown in the drawing. The valve consists of two front walls 1, between which the drive plate 2 is placed, connected to the lever 3. To the drive plate 2, a connecting rod 4 is riveted in rotation, also centrally connected to the closing plate 5. On the circumference of the connecting rod, there are projections 6 in the form of a wedge new escapees. In the end wall 1 there is a main gasket 7. The interior of the valve is limited by a frame 8 on which the gasket 9 rests. The operation of the valve according to the invention is as follows. When the lever 3 is turned, the through-hole is blocked by the closing plate 5 placed on the connecting rod 4. At the end position of the closing plate 5 and a further slight rotation, the lugs 6 press the closing plate against the seal 7 perpendicularly. After opening the valve, the drive disc 2, the crankshaft 4 and the closing plate 5 occupy a coaxial position revealing the passage completely. PL
