Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw listwy przypodlogowej z klamra, mocujaca te listwe. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru przejawia sie w zlozonosci wytworu i jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 i 2 przedstawiaja zestaw listwy przypodlogowej z klamra, w stanie rozlozonym, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia listwe przypodlogowa w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 2- klamre tej listwy w widoku z przodu, fig. 3- ten sam zestaw w stanie zlozonym, fig. 4 - klamre listwy przypodlogowej w widoku od spodu w kierunku strzalki „W" na fig. 2, fig. 5- te sama klamre w widoku z boku w kierunku strzalki „N" na fig.2, a fig. 6 - te sama klamre w widoku z góry w kierunku strzalki „K" na fig. 2. Listwa przypodlogowa mocowana na klamre w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt bryly okreslonej ozdobnym profilem zewnetrznym, profilem przysciennym oraz profilem przypodlogowym. Profil zewnetrzny tej listwy stanowi scianka prosta zaokraglona lukowo w górnej czesci. Profil przyscienny stanowi górna krótka scianka prosta usytuowana prostopadle do promienia krzywizny sciany profilu zewnetrznego, przechodzaca skosnym uskokiem w nizej usytuowana równolegle do niej scianke prosta, która poprzez górny poprzecznie usytuowany kanalek prostokatny przechodzi w scianke prosta równolegle usytuowana do scianki prostej profilu zewnetrznego, zaopatrzona w dolnej czesci w analogiczny poprzeczny kanalek prostokatny, przy czym dolny prosty odcinek tej scianki przechodzi poprzez scianke lukowo - wklesla w profil przypodlogowy utworzony z prostej scianki zaopatrzonej w pionowo usytuowany kanalek o profilu zblizonym do trapezu jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i 3. Z kolei, klamre pokazana na fig. 2-6 do mocowania listwy przypodlogowej stanowi plaski korpus, prostokatny, którego jeden koniec jest zagiety pod katem prostym, a utworzona boczna scianka prostokatna zagieta jest do wewnatrz pod katem rozwartym, przy czym w osi symetrii tej scianki znajduje sie wyjecie prostokatne, a na utworzonych dwóchramionach zagietych do wewnatrz wykonane sa male wyjecia trapezowe, tworzac po dwa lekko wywiniete ku górze ostrza zaczepowe. Z kolei, drugi koniec plaskiego korpusu zagiety jest pod katem rozwartym, a utworzona druga scianka prostokatna ma górny bok wywiniety na zewnatrz, który w osi symetrii ma wyjecie zblizone do prostokatnego, tworzac kolejne dwa boczne ramiona, które na wspomnianych wywinieciach maja równiez wyjecia trapezowe, tworzace ostrza zaczepowe. W osi symetrii plaskiego korpusu i wyjec prostokatnych oraz w poblizu drugiego jego konca znajduje sie eliptyczny otwór z obwodowym pólokraglym kolnierzem sluzacym do mocowania klamry do podloza. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 and 2 show a set of a skirting board with a clamp, in an unfolded state, where Fig. 1 shows the skirting board in a cross-section, Fig. 2 - the clamp of this board in a front view, Fig. 3 - the same set in a folded state, Fig. 4 - the clamp of the skirting board in a view from below in the direction of arrow "W" in Fig. 2, Fig. 5 - the same clamp in a side view in the direction of arrow "N" in Fig. 2, and Fig. 6 - the same clamp in a top view in the direction of arrow "K" in Fig. 2. The skirting board fastened with a clamp in a cross-section has the shape of a solid defined by a decorative external profile, a wall profile and a floor profile. The external profile of this strip is a straight wall with a rounded arch in the upper part. The wall profile is an upper short straight wall situated perpendicularly to the radius of curvature of the external profile wall, passing with an oblique step into a lower straight wall situated parallel to it, which, through an upper transversely situated rectangular channel, passes into a straight wall situated parallel to the straight wall of the external profile, provided in its lower part with an analogous transverse rectangular channel, while the lower straight section of this wall passes through an arched-concave wall into a floor profile made of a straight wall provided with a vertically situated channel with a profile close to a trapezium as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and 3. In turn, the clamp shown in Fig. 2-6 for fastening the skirting board is a flat rectangular body, one end of which is bent at a right angle, and the formed side wall The rectangular body is bent inward at an obtuse angle, with a rectangular opening located on the axis of symmetry of this wall, and small trapezoidal openings are made on the two arms bent inward, creating two slightly upward-curved attachment points. In turn, the other end of the flat body is bent at an obtuse angle, and the second rectangular wall has an upper side that is bent outward, which has a recess close to a rectangular opening on the axis of symmetry, creating two further lateral arms, which also have trapezoidal openings on the aforementioned recesses, creating attachment points. An elliptical opening with a circumferential semicircular flange is located on the axis of symmetry of the flat body and the rectangular openings, and near its other end. In the assembled state of the strip with the clamp, the flare of the open wall of the clamp with its catch blades is pressed into the upper rectangular cross-section of the wall profile, and the arms of the inner bend of the rectangular wall of this clamp with their catch blades are pressed into the lower vertical trapezoidal channel of the floor profile. Essential features of the industrial design A set of a skirting board with a clamp shown in figures 1-6, consisting of a profile board, a floor board and a clamp fastening it, is characterized in that the skirting board is: - a solid having in cross-section a shape defined by an external decorative profile, a wall profile and a floor profile, wherein: - the external profile of this board is a straight wall rounded in an arc in the upper part - the wall profile is an upper short straight wall situated perpendicularly to the radius of curvature of the wall of the external profile, passing with an oblique step into a straight wall situated below, parallel to it, which, through an upper transversely situated rectangular channel, passes into a straight wall situated parallel to the straight wall of the external profile, provided with an analogous transverse a rectangular channel, where the lower straight section of this wall passes through the arched-concave wall into a floor profile made of a straight wall equipped with a vertically located channel with a profile close to a trapezoid. whereas the clamp is a flat rectangular body, of which: - one end is bent at a right angle, and the formed rectangular side wall is bent inwards at an obtuse angle, wherein in the axis of symmetry of this wall there is a rectangular outlet, and on the two arms bent inwards there are small trapezoidal outlets, creating two slightly upwards turned-up catch blades - the other end of the flat body is bent at an obtuse angle, and the formed second rectangular wall has an upper side turned outwards, which in the axis of symmetry has an outlet close to a rectangular one, creating another two side arms, which on the said outlets also have trapezoidal outlets, creating catch blades, wherein in the axis of symmetry of the flat body and the rectangular outlets and near its other end there is elliptical hole with a circumferential semicircular collar used to attach the clamp to the ground.
