Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw listwy przypodlogowej z klamra, mocujaca te listwe. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru przejawia sie w zlozonosci wytworu i jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 i 2 przedstawiaja zestaw listwy przypodlogowej z klamra, w stanie rozlozonym, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia listwe przypodlogowa w przekroju poprzecznym, fig. 2- klamre tej listwy w widoku z przodu, fig. 3- ten sam zestaw w stanie zlozonym, fig. 4 - klamre listwy przypodlogowej w widoku od spodu w kierunku strzalki „W" na fig. 2, fig. 5- te sama klamre w widoku z boku w kierunku strzalki „N" na fig.2, a fig. 6 - te sama klamre w widoku z góry w kierunku strzalki „K" na fig. 2, Listwa przypodlogowa mocowana na klamre przedstawiona na fig. 1 i 3 w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt bryly okreslonej ozdobnym profilem zewnetrznym, profilem przysciennym oraz profilem przypodlogowym. Profil ozdobny zewnetrzny tej listwy w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do splaszczonej litery „S" utworzonej z dwóch skrajnych promieni wypuklych polaczonych z soba plynnie lukiem wkleslym. Profil przypodlogowy stanowi skosna waska scianka polaczona wspólna krawedzia z dolnym skrajnym promieniem wypuklym profilu ozdobnego zewnetrznego. Z kolei, profil przyscienny tej listwy utworzony jest z górnej skosnej scianki polaczonej wspólna krawedzia z górnym skrajnym promieniem zewnetrznego profilu ozdobnego, przechodzacej poprzez kanalek wzdluzny o przekroju prostokatnym usytuowany poziomo w waska pionowa scianke, która poprzez wyjecie trójkatne przechodzi w kolejna scianke pionowa zakonczona wyjeciem lukowym, które poprzez skosnie usytuowany ku górze kanalek o profilu zblizonym do trapezu laczy sie ze wspólna krawedzia skosnej scianki profilu przypodlogowego. Z kolei, klamre pokazana na fig. 2-6 do mocowania listwy przypodlogowej stanowi plaski korpus, prostokatny, którego jeden koniec jest zagiety pod katem prostym, a utworzona boczna scianka prostokatna zagieta jest do wewnatrz pod katem rozwartym, przy czym w osi symetrii tej scianki znajduje sie wyjecie prostokatne, zakonczone u dolu zagietaprostopadle do wewnatrz pólka prostokatna, a na utworzonych dwóch ramionach zagietych do wewnatrz wykonane sa male wyjecia trapezowe, tworzac po dwa lekko wywiniete ku górze ostrza zaczepowe. The design's novel and individual character is evident in the product's complexity and shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings, in which fig. 1 and 2 show a set of a skirting board with a clamp, in an unfolded state, wherein fig. 1 shows the skirting board in a cross-section, fig. 2 - the clamp of this board in a front view, fig. 3 - the same set in a folded state, fig. 4 - the clamp of the skirting board in a view from below in the direction of arrow "W" in fig. 2, fig. 5 - the same clamp in a side view in the direction of arrow "N" in fig. 2, and fig. 6 - the same clamp in a top view in the direction of arrow "K" in fig. 2. The skirting board fastened with a clamp shown in fig. 1 and 3 in a cross-section has the shape of a solid defined by a decorative external profile, a wall profile and a floor profile. The external decorative profile of this strip has a cross-section similar to a flattened "S" letter, formed by two extreme convex radii connected smoothly with a concave arc. The floor profile is a narrow, sloping wall connected by a common edge to the lower, extreme convex radius of the external decorative profile. In turn, the wall profile of this strip is formed by an upper, sloping wall connected by a common edge to the upper, extreme radius of the external decorative profile, passing through a longitudinal channel with a rectangular cross-section located horizontally into a narrow vertical wall, which, through a triangular opening, turns into another vertical wall terminated with an arc opening, which, through an upwardly sloping channel with a profile close to a trapezoid, connects to the common edge of the sloping wall of the floor profile. In turn, the clamp shown in Fig. 2-6 for fastening the skirting board is a flat rectangular body, one end of which is bent at a right angle, and the formed rectangular side wall is bent inwards at an obtuse angle, wherein in the axis of symmetry of this wall there is a rectangular opening, ending at the bottom with a rectangular shelf bent perpendicularly inwards, and on the two formed arms bent inwards there are small trapezoidal openings, creating two slightly upward-curved catch blades. In turn, the other end of the flat body is bent at an obtuse angle, and the resulting second rectangular wall has an outwardly folded upper side, which has a near-rectangular opening on its axis of symmetry, creating two further lateral arms, which also have trapezoidal openings on the aforementioned flares, creating the attachment points. An elliptical opening with a circumferential semicircular flange is located on the axis of symmetry of the flat body and the rectangular openings, and near its other end, for securing the clamp to the substrate. In the folded state of the clamp-in-place strip, the flare of the open wall of the clamp, with its attachment points, is pressed into the rectangular horizontal channel of the wall profile, while the arms of the inner bend of the rectangular wall of this clamp, with their attachment points, are pressed into the oblique channel of this profile. Essential features of the industrial design A set of a skirting board with a clamp shown in figures 1-6, composed of a profile board, a floor board and a clamp fastening it, is characterized in that the skirting board is: - a solid having in cross-section a shape defined by an external decorative profile, a wall profile and a floor profile, wherein: - the external decorative profile has a shape similar to a flattened letter "S" made of two extreme convex radii connected smoothly with a concave arc - the floor profile is a narrow slanted wall, connected by a common edge to the lower slanted convex radius of the external decorative profile - the wall profile is made of an upper slanted wall connected by a common edge to the upper extreme radius of the external decorative profile, passing through a channel a longitudinal rectangular cross-section located horizontally into a narrow vertical wall, which, through a triangular opening, passes into another vertical wall terminated with an arched opening, which, through an upwardly inclined channel with a profile close to a trapezoid, connects to the common edge of the inclined wall of the floor profile as shown in Fig. 1 and 3. The clamp is a flat rectangular body, of which: - one end is bent at a right angle, and the formed rectangular side wall is bent inwards at an obtuse angle, while in the axis of symmetry of this wall there is a rectangular opening terminated at the bottom by a perpendicularly bent rectangular shelf, and on the two formed arms bent inwards, small trapezoidal openings are made, creating two slightly upwardly bent catch blades each - the other end of the flat body is bent at obtuse angle, and the formed second rectangular wall has an upper side turned outwards, which in the axis of symmetry has an opening close to a rectangular one, creating two further side arms, which on the mentioned openings also have trapezoidal openings, creating hooking blades, wherein in the axis of symmetry of the flat body and the rectangular openings and near its other end there is an elliptical opening with a circumferential semicircular collar used for fastening the clamp to the base.
