Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia kostke mydla w widoku z góry, fig. 2 i fig. 3 - kostke mydla w widoku od strony boków krótszych, fig. 4 i fig. 5 - kostke mydla w widoku od strony boków dluzszych, fig. 6 - kostke mydla w widoku od spodu, fig. 7 - kostke mydla w widoku perspektywicznym. Kostka mydla wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zblizona jest ksztaltem do owalu o scietych sciankach bocznych. Nowoscia w stosunku do znanych wczesniej owalnych kostek mydla jest charakterystyczne uksztaltowanie górnej i dolnej powierzchni kostki mydla przejawiajace sie w tym, ze obie te powierzchnie maja tak zakrzywione boczne fragmenty, jak pokazano na fig. 4, 1, 5, 6 i 7, ze dluzsze boki kostki mydla przybieraja ksztalt fali, jak pokazano na fig. 4 i 5, a widok kostki z jednego krótszego boku stanowi lustrzane odbicie widoku kostki z drugiego boku, jak pokazano na fig. 2 i 3. The subject of an industrial design is a soap bar. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the object that is reflected in the shape and properties of the surface. The object of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a soap bar in a top view, fig. 2 and fig. 3 - a soap bar in a view from the shorter sides, fig. 4 and fig. 5 - a soap bar in a view. from the long sides, fig. 6 - a soap bar in a bottom view, fig. 7 - a soap bar in a perspective view. The soap cube follows an industrial pattern similar to an oval with truncated side walls. A novelty in relation to the previously known oval soap bars is the characteristic shape of the upper and lower surfaces of the soap bars, manifested in the fact that both these surfaces have curved side portions, as shown in Figs. 4, 1, 5, 6 and 7, that the longer the sides of the soap bar take the shape of a wave as shown in Figures 4 and 5, and the view of the bar on one short side is a mirror image of the view of the bar from the other side as shown in Figures 2 and 3. The essential features of the soap bar according to the industrial design are that the curvature of the upper and lower oval surfaces of the soap bar, that the vertical walls of the soap bar from the side of the long sides take a wavy shape, and the vertical walls of the soap bar from the side of the shorter sides are parallel to each other and the bar in the view from one shorter side is a mirror image of the soap bar as seen from the side of the other short side. 1 FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 4 FIG. 5 FIG. 6 FIG. 7 PL
