Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac warkocza nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, ksztaltu i uzyty material dekoracyjny oraz jego ornamentacje. Do dekoracji uzywane sa kwiaty w barwie naturalnej lub farbowane z upraw polowych lub rosnace na ugorach, na dziko takie jak: zatrwian wieloletni bialy, niesmiertelnik, sluchouska, zatrwian jednoroczny kolorowy, krwawnik kolorowy i bialy, celozja, rózne trawy lakowe, mikolajki, jarzebina, kalina, dzika róza, rajskie jablka, papryka, jemiola, szyszki jodlowe, klosy zbóz, klosy lnu i mech lesny. Na kitke dekoracyjna uzywane sa farbowane trawy i farbowany kwiat kukurydzy. Przy czym zestawiania warzyw i kwiatów w dekoracji kwiatowej i kitce wienczacej warkocz sa dowolne, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach od fig. 1 do fig. 9. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawiony jest warkocz okragly wykonany z wianuszków czosnku i cebuli zóltej i czerwonej, ulozonych na przemian i przegrodzonych wianuszkami dekoracji kwiatowej. Na szczycie warkocz ma kitke z kolorowej trawy a na zakonczeniu uchwyt, spiety petelka ze sznurka. Na fig. 2 przedstawiony jest warkocz wykonany w formie plaskiej z glówek czosnku na wiezbie ze slomy, spleciony sznurkiem. Boki warkocza sa z czosnku a srodek po obu stronach udekorowany jest farbowanym mchem natomiast kitka jest z farbowanego kwiatu kukurydzy. Fig. 3 przedstawia warkocz w plaskiej formie wykonany z czosnku, a caly srodek ma dekorowany farbowanymi kwiatami zatrwianu naturalnego i mchu na przemian i zólta cebula. Na szczycie warkocz posiada kitke z kolorowej trawy a po przeciwleglej stronie, zakonczony jest uchwytem, splecionym petelka ze sznurka. Na fig. 4 przedstawiony jest warkocz w formie plaskiej, wykonany z warzyw czosnku i cebuli w dwóch podmianach, zóltej i czerwonej ulozonych na przemian a srodek udekorowany mchem i kwiatami. Kitke ma z farbowanych klosów zbóz i farbowanego zatrwianu naturalnego. Na zakonczeniu posiada uchwyt, spiety petelka ze sznurka. Na fig. 5 przedstawiony jest warkocz w formie plaskiej, pleciony sznurkiem, wykonanyz cebuli zóltej i czosnku na wiezbie ze slomy. Kitke ma z trawy kolorowej. Boki ma na przemian z cebuli i z czosnku a srodek dekorowany kwiatami, klosami zbóz i mchem na przemian z czosnkiem. Na zakonczeniu ma uchwyt. Na fig. 6 przedstawiony jest warkocz w formie plaskiej z cebuli w dwóch odmianach zóltej i czerwonej. Do polowy warkocz wykonany jest z czerwonej cebuli a od polowy z cebuli zóltej. Srodek ma wypelniony mchem, kwiatami i klosami zbóz. Na szczycie ma kitke z kolorowej trawy a na zakonczeniu uchwyt. Na fig. 7 przedstawiony jest warkocz w formie plaskiej wykonany z cebuli. Boki sa ulozone na przemian z cebuli czerwonej i zóltej. Srodek udekorowany ma mchem i kwiatami. Na poczatku ma kitke z trawy kolorowej a na zakonczeniu uchwyt, spleciony petelka ze sznurka. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a decorative vegetable braid intended for kitchen decoration, especially home kitchens. Slender vegetable braids woven from onions or garlic, or a mixture of both, on their own stems and leaves, are known for their decorative and handy use in the kitchen. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the braid, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the lines, shape, decorative materials used, and its ornamentation. The industrial-style braid has a rigid, round structure, preferably 40 to 60 cm long, made of straw or reeds. Vegetables such as garlic and various onion varieties, as well as various floral, decorative, and filling materials, are woven into the center section on the outside. A decorative tassel is woven into the top, and a handle, fastened with a loop, preferably made of string, is attached to the end. The vegetables are woven into wreaths around the structure, and similarly, floral decorations are arranged between them, or along the structure, symmetrically arranged on both sides. Floral decorations and filling materials are arranged between them in the same way, or individual vegetables are additionally woven into the longitudinal floral decoration. The vegetables include garlic and onion heads in three varieties: yellow, white, and red. Natural or dyed flowers from field crops or growing wild in fallow fields are used for decoration, such as: white perennial sea buckthorn, immortelle, abalone, colorful annual sea buckthorn, colorful and white yarrow, celosia, various meadow grasses, hollyhocks, rowanberries, viburnum, rosehips, paradise apples, peppers, mistletoe, fir cones, ears of corn, ears of flax, and forest moss. Dyed grasses and dyed cornflower are used for decorative tassels. The combinations of vegetables and flowers in the floral decoration and the tassel crowning the braid are optional, as shown in the attached photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 9. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photographs, where Fig. 1 shows a circular braid made of wreaths of garlic and yellow and red onions, arranged alternately and separated by wreaths of floral decoration. At the top, the braid has a tassel of colorful grass and a handle at the end, fastened with a string loop. Fig. 2 shows a flat braid made of garlic bulbs on a straw willow, braided with string. The sides of the braid are made of garlic, and the center on both sides is decorated with dyed moss, while the tassel is made of dyed cornflower. Figure 4 shows a flat braid made of garlic and onions in two substitutions, yellow and red, arranged alternately, with the center decorated with moss and flowers. The ponytail is made of dyed grain ears and dyed natural seaweed. At the end, it has a handle, fastened with a loop of string. Figure 5 shows a flat braid, woven with string, made of yellow onion and garlic on a straw willow. The ponytail is made of colorful grass. Its sides are made of alternating onions and garlic, and its center is decorated with flowers, grain ears, and moss alternating with garlic. It has a handle at the end. Figure 6 shows a flat braid made of onions in two varieties: yellow and red. Half the braid is made of red onions and the other half is made of yellow onions. The center is filled with moss, flowers, and grain ears. At the top is a ponytail of colorful grass, and at the end is a handle. Figure 7 shows a flat braid made of onions. Its sides are made of alternating red and yellow onions. The center is decorated with moss and flowers. At the beginning is a ponytail of colorful grass, and at the end is a handle, woven with a loop of string. Figure 8 shows a flat braid made of yellow onions, a center made of moss, cereal ears, and dyed perennial seaweed flowers.
