Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania podloza do cienkowarstwowej pamieci magnetycznej.Drutowe podloze do pamieci magnetycznej powinno odznaczac sie wysoka wytrzymaloscia, niskim wspólczynnikiem wydluzenia liniowego, prostoscia, duza gladkoscia powierzchni i brakiem skrecen podosio- wych. Szczególowy sposób postepowania wedlug wynalazku przedstawia sie nastepujaco: W piecu indukcyjnym stapia sie material o skladzie 7% srebra, 0,2-0,3% cyrkonu reszta miedzi. Nastepnie w znany sposób przeprowa¬ dza sie przeróbke plastyczna wlewka, polegajaca na kuciu i ciagnieniu. Prety przy srednicy 5 mm poddaje sie przesyceniu w temperaturze 760°C, przeróbce plastycznej, a nastepnie starzeniu w temperaturze 450°C. Taki rodzaj polaczenia obróbki cieplnej z przeróbka plastyczna zapewnia uzyskanie wysokich parametrów wytrzyma¬ losciowych. PLThe subject of the invention is a method of producing a substrate for a thin-film magnetic memory. A wire substrate for a magnetic memory should be characterized by high strength, low linear elongation, straightness, high surface smoothness and no elevation twists. The most commonly used material is beryllium bronze. This alloy is difficult to produce due to the toxicity of beryllium. The method of producing a wire substrate for a magnetic memory according to the invention consists in melting a material composed of 7% silver, 0.2 - 0.3% zirconium - the rest of copper, and then its plastic processing, consisting of forging and drawing. Rods made of this alloy in the diameter range of 7-3 mm are subject to supersaturation at 700-800 ° C and aging at 400-500 ° C. The wires obtained in this way have satisfactory mechanical properties for their use on magnetic memory substrates. The particular procedure according to the invention is as follows: In the induction furnace, a material composed of 7% silver, 0.2-0.3% zircon, the rest is melted copper. Then, in a known manner, the ingot is plasticly processed by forging and drawing. The bars with a diameter of 5 mm are subjected to supersaturation at 760 ° C, plastic working, and then aging at 450 ° C. This type of combination of heat treatment and plastic working ensures high strength parameters. PL
