Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klosz lampy oswietleniowej wraz z dwoma jego odmianami. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie klosza, który rózni sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów kloszy: - prostym, subtelnym ksztaltem misy, która posiada w mniej wiecej polowie swej wysokosci obwodowe, splaszczenie. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przedstawiony zostal na fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia klosz w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - pokazuje klosz w widoku skosnie od dolu, fig. 3 - pokazuje klosz w widoku skosnie z góry, fig. 4 pokazuje klosz w widoku od dolu, fig. 5 pokazuje klosz w widoku od góry, natomiast fig. 6 - pokazuje odmiane klosza z dodatkowym, metalizowanym pierscieniem umieszczonym wokól jego obwodu. Jak pokazano na fotografiach fig.1, fig.2, fig.3, fig.4 i fig.S - zglaszany do ochrony wzór klosza lampy stanowi misa, która przypomina ksztaltem dysk, na dole którego znajduje sie okragly, centralnie umieszczony otwór. Natomiast w górnej czesci dysku wykonany jest otwór o wiekszej srednicy. Misa kloszalampy posiada w mniej wiecej polowie swej wysokosci obwodowe, splaszczenie. The essence of the pattern manifests itself in the shape of the lampshade, which differs from the previously known lampshade patterns: - a simple, subtle shape of the bowl, which has a circumferential flattening in about half of its height. The design applied for protection is shown in the photographs, in which fig. 1 - shows the lampshade in a side view, fig. 2 - shows the lampshade in a view obliquely from the bottom, fig. 3 - shows the lampshade in an oblique view from above, fig. 4 shows the lampshade in the bottom view, Fig. 5 shows the lampshade in the top view, while Fig. 6 - shows a variant of the lampshade with an additional, metallized ring placed around its perimeter. As shown in the photographs of Figures 1, 2, 3, 4 and S, the lamp shade pattern submitted for protection is a bowl shaped like a disk, at the bottom of which there is a circular, centrally located hole. However, in the upper part of the disc, a larger diameter hole is made. The lampshade bowl has a circumferential flattening in about half of its height. As shown in the photo fig. 6 and in the color drawing fig. 6a - the lamp shade design submitted for protection is a bowl that resembles a disk in shape, at the bottom of which there is a circular, centrally located hole. However, in the upper part of the disc, a larger diameter hole is made. The bowl of the lamp shade has a circumferential flattening in about half of its height, on which there is a gold-colored metallic strip. As shown in the photo fig. 6 and in the color drawing of fig. The beak - the lamp shade pattern proposed for protection is a bowl that resembles a disk in shape, at the bottom of which there is a circular, centrally located hole. However, in the upper part of the disc, a larger diameter hole is made. The bowl of the lamp shade has a circumferential flattening in about half of its height, on which there is a metallic strip in a silver color.
