Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan przeznaczony do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie powierzchni oraz stylizowanej grafice. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.1, fig. 2 oraz fig. 3. Dywan wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje stylizowanych galazek tulipana. Sa one rozmieszczone niesymetrycznie o róznorodnych galazkach. Czesc galazek jest z kwiatami, a czesc bez zadnego kwiatu. Wedlug pierwszej odmiany pokazanej na fig. 1 dywan ma ksztalt prostokata z ciemnym obramowaniem przechodzac do najjasniejszego tla w czesci srodkowej równiez w ksztalcie prostokata. Galazki o róznych ksztaltach z pojedynczymi kwiatami oraz z dwoma kwiatami i lodygi bez kwiatów polozone sa na tle jasnym i ciemniejszym. Na tle ciemniejszym, przy krótszym boku znajduja sie pojedyncze kwiaty bez lodyg z bialym tlem przypominajacym cien.Druga odmiane stanowi dywan w ksztalcie owalu wg rysunku, fig. 2. Galazki tulipana rozmieszczone sa podobnie jak w fig. 1. Identyczne jest tez obramowanie i odcienie tla. Trzecia odmiane stanowi dywan w ksztalcie prostokata z ciemnymi waskimi pasami na dluzszych bokach, szerokimi jasniejszymi pasami po obu stronach oraz szerokim jasnym pasem w srodku w ksztalcie prostokata. Na tle jasnym i czesciowo na tle ciemniejszym znajduja sie galazki o róznych ksztaltach z pojedynczymi kwiatami oraz z dwoma kwiatami i lodygi bez kwiatów. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi prosta kompozycja ze stylizowanych galazek tulipana zamknieta gladka, szeroka rama. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the surface arrangement and stylized graphics. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The carpet, according to the industrial design, is a composition of stylized tulip branches. They are arranged asymmetrically with various branches. Some of the branches have flowers, while others do not. According to the first variant shown in Fig. 1, the carpet is rectangular in shape with a dark border, transitioning to a light background in the central section, also rectangular. Branches of various shapes, with single flowers and two flowers, and stems without flowers, are placed against light and darker backgrounds. On the darker background, on the shorter side, are single stemless flowers with a white background resembling a shadow. The second variety is an oval-shaped carpet, as shown in Fig. 2. The tulip branches are arranged similarly to Fig. 1. The border and background shades are also identical. The third variety is a rectangular carpet with narrow dark stripes on the longer sides, wide lighter stripes on both sides, and a wide light rectangular stripe in the center. On light and partially darker backgrounds, are branches of various shapes, with single flowers and two flowers, and stems without flowers. The essential features of the industrial design are a simple composition of stylized tulip branches enclosed in a smooth, wide frame. AGNELLA S.A.
