Description

W ten sposób silnik olejowy zostaje wykorzystany dlaulozyskowania wentyla¬ tora i pompy wodnej, przy czym ulozyskowanie walu napedowego silnika olejowego moze byc równoczesnie ulozyskowaniem wentylatora i pompy wodnej, Przez to uzyskuje sie zwarty i lekki agregat pompa wodna- wenty¬ lator z napedem, który nadaje sie do zabudowy. 1 przedstawia schemat urzadzenia, fig. 2 pokazuje silnik olejowy wentylatora i pompy wodnej w przekroju osiowym.Wrebnik 1 wrebiarki jest polaczony swym koncem 2 z niepokazanym mechanizmem obrotu wrebnika wrebiar¬ ki. Silnik wrebiarki napedzajacy glowice 3 wrebiarki jest umieszczony we wrebniku wrebiarki. Pompa wody chlo¬ dzacej 4, dostarcza wode chlodzaca do silnika wrebiarki przewodem 5. Przewód powrotnego przeplywu wody chlo¬ dzacej 6, prowadzi do schladzajacej wode chlodnicy 7, na która dmucha wentylator 8. Schlodzona wodaplynieodtej chlodnicy 7 schladzajacej przez przewód 9 do zbiornika wyrównawczego 10 i stamtad przewodem 11 na strone zasysajaca pompy wody chlodzacej 4. Na zbiorniku wy¬ równawczym 10 sa umieszczone zawór nadcisnieniowy 12 oraz zawór zasysajacy 13.Pompa wodna 4 i wentylator 8 sa napedzane olejowym silnikiem zebatym, którego strona cisnieniowa 15 jest polaczona poprzezzawórregulacji przeplywu 16 zprzewo¬ dem 17 oleju powrotnego ukladu hydraulicznego wrebiar¬ ki. Odstrony odplywowej 18 silnika olejowego 14 prowadzi przewód 19do zbiornika oleju20. Zawórregulacjiprzeply¬ wu 16 utrzymuje stala ilosc doplywu oleju do silnika olejowego 14 z ukladu hydraulicznego wrebiarki i powo- , duje odprowadzenie nadmiaru oleju przez przewód 21 do zbiornika 20. . PL PLThe subject of the invention is a windmill with a water-cooled engine. which has a much lower water consumption. The object was achieved by the solution of the drive of the water pump, the fan and the cooling of the water. The essence of the invention is the drive of the water pump and the fan by an oil-gear motor, the drive shaft of which is present on both sides of the motor housing, and the impeller is mounted on one shaft end. the fan and the water pump impeller on the other shaft. In this way, the oil engine is used for the bearing of the fan and the water pump, whereby the bearing of the drive shaft of the oil engine can be simultaneously the bearing of the fan and the water pump. According to the invention, the pressure side of the oil engine is connected to the return oil line of the reel's hydraulic system. Each spooler has a hydraulic system, at least for the rotating drive of the spool spool, and by the solution according to the invention the oil flowing from this hydraulic system is used to drive the water pump and the fan, so that no special drive motor is required. This is especially beneficial for underground cutters. The invention is explained in more detail in the example of the embodiment shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a diagram of the device, Fig. 2 shows the oil motor of a fan and a water pump in an axial section. ki. The weaver motor driving the weaver head 3 is placed in the weaver spar. The cooling water pump 4 supplies the cooling water to the finisher motor via line 5. The return line of the cooling water 6 leads to the cooling water of the cooler 7, which is blown by the fan 8. Cooled water, the liquid cooler 7 cooling through the line 9 to the surge tank 10 and from there via pipe 11 to the suction side of the cooling water pump 4. On the equalizing tank 10 there are an overpressure valve 12 and a suction valve 13. The water pump 4 and the fan 8 are driven by an oil gear motor, the pressure side 15 of which is connected by a flow regulating valve 16 to the wire. With 17 of the return oil of the weaving hydraulic system. On the downstream side 18 of the oil engine 14, a conduit 19 leads to the oil reservoir 20. The flow-regulating valve 16 maintains a constant amount of oil supply to the oil engine 14 from the hydraulic system of the reeling machine and causes excess oil to be drained through a line 21 to the reservoir 20. The system is fitted with a filter 22. The oil motor is constructed like a gear pump. The triple motor housing 23 includes both gears 24 and 25 mounted. The shaft 26 of the drive wheel 14, which is located in the motor housing 23 by means of a bushing 27, extends from both sides of the motor housing 23. A fan 8 is mounted on the shaft journal 28, the water pump impeller 30 is mounted on the shaft journal 29. cooling water and a radiator, which could contaminate a running fan. . PL PL
