Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zamkniecie pojemnika wykonanego z tworzyw sztucznych i przeznaczonego do przechowywania artykulów spozywczych, zwlaszcza sosów warzywnych, owocowo- warzywnych i przyprawowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe uksztaltowanie elementów zamykajacych i uszczelniajacych przynaleznych do nakretki z odchylana pokrywka, wspólpracujaca z pierscieniowym uksztaltowaniem szyjki pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zamkniecie pojemnika zlozone z nakretki i odchylanej pokrywki w widoku od strony szyjki pojemnika fig. 2 - to samo zamkniecie w przekroju wzdluz linii A-A, fig. 3 - górna czesc pojemnika zwana szyjka w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - te sama górna czesc pojemnika w widoku z góiy, fig. 5 - zamkniecie z odchylona pokrywka od nakretki do polozenia poziomego w widoku z góry. The closure of the container according to the industrial design includes a cap 1 with a hinged lid 2, which, together with this lid, closes the upper part of the container, marked as neck 3 of the container 4. The neck 3 is formed by several rings 3a, 3c and a ring 3d with a conical-shaped outer surface. cut. Two segments 7 with ratchets 7a are formed in the outer sleeve la, which engage with the ratchet teeth 5a in the ring 3c belonging to the neck 3 of the container 4 after screwing the cap 1 on the neck 3 with pressing the outer sleeve la against the conical surface of the ring 3d. A thread contour is formed on the central sleeve 1b, which connects the cap 1 with the neck 3 of the container 4, with the ratchet mechanism 5, 5a, 7, 7a protecting against accidental and unnecessary unscrewing of the nut 1 when using the filled container 4. Inner ring lc with the bottom ld it closes and seals the opening 3e of the container 4, and the ring 2a with the lid 2 closes and seals the dosing opening 6b in the sleeve 6. The complementary seal is also pressed against the conical surface of the ring 3d. The cap 1 is connected to the cover 2 by a connector 8 constituting a reusable hinge connection, while on the opposite side of the connector 8 the cap 1 and the cover 2 are connected with a guarantee tape 9, which is torn off, enabling the cover 2 to be tilted, exposing the dispensing opening 6b and starting to use the product, from the container 4. After stopping the dispensing of the product, the lid 2 is folded back in the opposite direction and snapped into place with the cap 1 closing and sealing the dispensing opening 6b in the sleeve 6.
