Description

Bottle caps coupled to a plurality of container necks {omitted}

The present invention relates to the coupling of the lid to the heterogeneous container neck without a separate connection, in the prior art there was a closed end that requires a separate connection when the dimensions of the container neck are different.

The container neck holds the lid, and the received lid safely holds the contents in the container and is present for opening and closing the contents.

However, according to the diversification of the industry, consumer's preference is also changed, and the standard of the neck of the container has been changed. There are five lines and five stars.

In addition, a 26.78 mm container neck similar to 28 mm has been put to practical use, mainly due to the weight of the container, and then to the weight of the corresponding lid.

Food and beverage companies that handle various container necks do not have any problems because they use the appropriate caps, but various container necks cause a lot of burdens in terms of those who operate against empty containers that have already been distributed and used.

In other words, if you put the extract or powder in the lid, and separately cover the lid containing these different substances, it is a lot of cost because the lid has to be prepared to fit various kinds of container necks. Due to the lack of discrimination, it is possible to use it only after carefully reading the manual.

In order to overcome this end, the present inventor has proposed a technology that can be coupled to different container necks through one bottle cap as shown in Figures 11 to 13, the present invention has an object to improve such technology. .

The prior art will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 to 13, wherein the lid 1 can be applied with or without dissimilar materials embedded therein, and the outer surface portion of the main body 10 of the lid 1 Inner wall portion 11 is formed with an inner surface portion 12 for receiving the container neck.

The inner surface portion 12 is formed with a first screw thread 13 corresponding to an outer diameter of the container neck of 28 mm, and in the subsequent upward direction of the first screw thread 13, an outer diameter of the container neck is 26.78 mm. 2 screw thread 14 is formed.

In addition, the sealing part 15 has airtightness applied to 28mm and 26.78mm. Hereinafter, if the lid has a resilient sealing part, 28mm and 26.78mm, the inner diameter of the container neck should be airtight as a single sealing part. It is possible.

As an example of such use, in the state as shown in FIG. 1 (assuming that a heterogeneous material is incorporated), when the lid 1 is coupled to the neck of the container of 28 mm, the first screw thread 13 operates to be coupled and the second The thread 14 maintains hermeticity while the seal 15 is in close contact with the inner wall of the neck of the container while producing a slightly open (expanded) situation.

When the lid 1 is attached to the container neck of 26.78 mm, the first thread 13 passes through the thread formed in the container neck 101 'without resistance, and the second thread 14 is the 26.78 mm thread. When placed in a strong bond and the simultaneous seal 15 is inserted into the inner wall of the container neck to maintain the airtight.

As described above, there is a big feature that can maintain the airtight of the mold neck of the form that there is not much difference as one lid.

In addition, the container neck is not 28mm, 26.78mm even if the appearance is similar and can be applied to the container neck of various spheres when the difference in the outer diameter is close to about 2mm.

The first screw thread 13 is located in the lower space of the thread of the container neck 100 ′ to minimize the change of the lid 1.

In addition, the lower portion of the first screw thread 13 is provided with a skirt receiving surface 16 of an outwardly or inclined form, the skirt receiving surface 16 is in the skirt engaging groove of the container neck (100 '). It is to be assembled in the form of wrapping the hanging skirt 200, as illustrated in FIG.

3 is a longitudinal sectional view showing main parts of the first screw thread 13 and the second screw thread 14.

The structure as described above is a prior art, the feature of this technique is that can be coupled to the container neck of different specifications through one lid (1), depending on the shrinkage or other materials in the process of producing the lid (1) There was a concern that the degree of coupling could vary.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to achieve the realization of a lid capable of being coupled to different container necks through one lid under any adverse conditions.

A bottle cap configured to remove a container cap with contents inside and a bottle cap assembled to the neck of the container, and to assemble a bottle cap containing heterogeneous substances in the container neck from which the bottle cap has been removed, and the bottle caps having different specifications In the bottle cap formed on the inner surface of the bottle cap corresponding to the container neck to be coupled to the container neck, the bottle cap in which the heterogeneous material is embedded is configured so that the main body is coupled to the thread of the container neck, The outer side of the inner side is to be coupled to the thread of the neck of the container is assembled with a separate coupling bar, and the inner side of the first side when the lid is combined by pressing or rotating the lid around the neck of the container The main body is located in the neck of the container, and when the engaging bar is rotated in the above state, the engaging bar pushes the outer surface of the main body to the inner side and the outer side of the main body. An object of the first screw thread or the second screw thread formed on the inner surface portion of the inner surface portion is to be more closely coupled to the threads of the container neck.

The outer surface portion of the cap stopper is coupled to the coupling bar and the combined coupling bar is configured to be non-separable, and also has a coupling groove on the outer surface of the main body, the coupling bar is to form a fixing bar.

The main body outer surface portion of the cap is formed with a projection and a return prevention portion in the front and rear around the main body stopper, and corresponding to the main body outer surface portion, a projection operation protrusion and a coupling stopper are formed on the inner surface of the coupler.

And when the coupling unit coupled to the outer surface of the main body is operated, the projection operating projections formed in the interior of the coupling push the projection formed in the outer surface portion inward, the first screw thread or second formed on the inner surface portion in the above process It is another object that the threads are held in close contact with the threads of the container neck.

In addition, the projection operating projections push the projections, in the process of a predetermined time or more to form a stopper for the body and the stopper for the coupling in the outer surface portion and the corresponding coupling stage so that the coupling does not rotate on the outer surface portion, Rotating in the opposite direction when the rod is coupled, the coupling rod is rotated on the outer surface portion and during the same process, the coupling rod stopper of the coupling rod is caught in the outer surface portion, so that the coupling rod is separated from the container neck together with the main body having the outer surface portion. Another purpose.

And when the coupling rod is rotated in the reverse rotation from the main body having an outer surface portion is configured so that the projection operating projections out of the projection, the outer surface portion of the outer surface portion of the body having the inner surface portion in the process of rotating the coupling rod in the rotational direction The space of a certain size is formed so that it can be pushed inward.

In addition, the first screw thread and the second screw thread formed on the inner surface portion are formed in the first inner surface portion and the second inner surface portion, respectively, the first inner surface portion is configured to be larger than the inner diameter of the second inner surface portion, the first The screw thread and the second screw thread have another purpose of being an intermittent protrusion.

If the container neck is different, it is necessary to prepare the lids for each dimension, but it can be solved with one lid, so the opportunity cost is reduced, and only one lid can be managed where it is consumed, which reduces the cost. In addition, since the skirt receiving surface is formed so that the lid is coupled without removing the skirt attached to the neck of the container, the convenience that consumers can use without removing the skirt is added.

And the coupling bar has a role of bringing the outer surface portion of the main body in close contact with the bar further has a very good feature.
