Dwa identyczne boki pieciokatnego blatu stanowia elementy górnego obrzeza blatu glównej czesci urzadzenia, dwa symetrycznie sasiadujace z obrzezem boki stykaja sie z kolejnymi terminalami, a tylny bok jest dolna krawedzia prostokatnej pionowej scianki lacznika, której górna krawedz jest podstawa górnejczesci blatu lacznika, skierowanego ukosnie do góry, podobnie, jak plaszczyzna monitora w terminalu, nieco nizej od tej plaszczyzny. The essence of the design is the new and original form of the product, manifested in its shape, decorative elements, and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the machine in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows a top view of the main part of the device, without its roof. The industrial design subject is also illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 3 shows the device viewed from the upper right side, showing the top of the main part of the device and the side of the canopy; Fig. 4 shows the device viewed from the right side at the height of the device's center; and Fig. 5 shows the device viewed from the lower right side, showing primarily the part under the tabletop and the canopy from below. Essential features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design include the fact that the roulette device consists of a main part and a canopy, with the main part being shaped as eight identical modules arranged side by side in a circle, surrounding a centrally placed roulette wheel. The shape and color of the main part are reminiscent of a diamond. Each module consists of two distinctly different parts: a terminal and a connector. The roulette wheel is recessed into a plate that connects all the modules at the top and is located slightly below the upper edges of the terminals. The plate's surface is connected to these edges by flat rectangular elements, each oriented diagonally inward, each equipped with a hole. The outer part of the device has eight rectangular planes repeating along a circle, extending diagonally into the device from top to bottom. These planes constitute the terminal doors. At the bottom, they meet at an obtuse angle with the rectangular plane of the footrest, which is slightly diagonal to the ground, and at the outer end, bent perpendicularly to the ground, a short distance away. Between the successive terminals, the side wall of the main part of the device forms a connecting wall in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, with a longer upper base, inclined from the vertical into the device, identically to the terminal doors. The lower part of the trapezoidal connector wall is connected, identically to the terminal, at an obtuse angle to the rectangular surface of the footboard, oriented slightly obliquely to the ground. At its outer end, it is bent perpendicularly to the ground, a short distance from it. Distinctive strips are located between the terminal's surfaces and the connector surfaces. Just above the terminal's footboard surface, parallel longitudinal ribs are located. Above each rectangular surface of the terminal door is a horizontal, outwardly curved countertop, connected to a rectangular surface, slightly inclined vertically relative to the countertop, via a vertical longitudinal strip. This rectangular surface displays the monitor screen, and next to it, in a rectangular field, a recessed area – the banknote acceptor hopper. At the top, each connector is terminated by a horizontal pentagonal plate, on which sits a flat, rectangular container that can serve as an ashtray. The two identical sides of the pentagonal plate form the upper edge of the main unit's countertop; the two symmetrically adjacent sides meet the adjacent terminals; the rear side is the lower edge of the rectangular vertical wall of the connector, the upper edge of which forms the base of the upper part of the connector plate, which is angled diagonally upward, similar to the monitor surface in the terminal, slightly lower than this plane. The main part of the roulette machine is connected to the device's roof by four columns symmetrically placed on the upper plate of the main part of the device, each column at the junction of two terminals. The roof has the outline of a flat, regular, octagonal prism, the side walls of which are located, each at the height of the inner edge of the rectangular surface containing the monitor in the main part of the device. Each wall is the outer wall of the cassette, and between these walls are vertical ribs bent horizontally from the bottom and top, running radially along the bend. Other essential features of an industrial design include the color, surface decoration, and surface properties of the device. The exterior wall of the canopy, consisting of eight separate walls, is distinguished by the backlighting of these walls. Against the background of the illuminated surface of each wall of the canopy is a drawing of a black diamond reflecting and dispersing light, and below, against the background of a dispersed colored beam, is the stylized inscription "BLACK DIAMOND." The vertical wall of each connector, forming a step between the two parts of the tabletop, is also illuminated.
