Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest narozne nakrycie muru, znajdujace zastosowanie jako element wykonczeniowy o charakterze dekoracyjnym murów, przede wszystkim ogrodzeniowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac naroznego nakrycia muru przejawia sie w jego uksztaltowaniu, ukladzie linii, konturach i elementach zdobienia. Narozne nakrycie muru, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1- przedstawia narozne nakrycie muru w widoku z góry, zas fig.2 - w przekroju. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano takze na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.3 - uwidaczniajacej narozne nakrycie muru w widoku z góry. Narozne nakrycie muru, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonane betonu. Beton moze byc barwiony, malowany lub w stanie surowym. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze narozne nakrycie dachu jest uksztaltowane w formie bryly, która w widoku z góry ma zarys prostokata z wycieciem 1 w jednym z narozy. Górna powierzchnia bryly jest utworzona przez plaszczyzny 2, 3, 4 i 5 nachylone ukosnie do podloza. Krawedzie plaszczyzn 2, 3, 4 i 5 sa zbiezne w punkcie 6. Plaszczyzny 2 i 3 rozmieszczone wzgledem siebie prostopadle sa oddzielone linia graniczna 7 i pochylone w przeciwnych kierunkach. The industrial design is for a corner wall covering, used as a decorative finishing element for walls, primarily fences. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the corner wall covering is manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, contours, and decorative elements. The corner wall covering, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the corner wall covering from a top view, and Fig. 2 in cross-section. The industrial design is also shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 3, which shows the corner wall covering from a top view. The corner wall covering, according to the industrial design, is made of concrete. The concrete can be colored, painted, or left unfinished. Among the essential features of the industrial design is that the corner roof covering is shaped as a block, which in a top view has a rectangular outline with a cutout 1 in one of the corners. The upper surface of the block is formed by planes 2, 3, 4, and 5 inclined diagonally to the ground. The edges of planes 2, 3, 4, and 5 converge at point 6. Planes 2 and 3, arranged perpendicularly to each other, are separated by a boundary line 7 and inclined in opposite directions.
